East China - Shanghai

Just to confirm, if you are referring to the club next to the hongqiao hilton, it is not closed. At least not as far as I know. Was there some weeks ago. Fairly expensive though. Think there are better values in the area.

I loved that place (the food, the selection, the rooms) so I am really curious -- I definitely don't want to make a huge trek out to Gubei if it's in fact closed!

I was told Sauna Place (MP) is not safe now a day. Safest is take a night club girl to hotel room. Any idea if take a night club girl at hong qiao area, say golden time (Jin Shi Nian Dai) back to hotel, how much will be for a overnight? I was told by a manager 2500 RMB. It seems too high. Is that true? Please advise. Thanks.

Many western orientated clubs with girls who can speak good English will have girls who will charge between 3000 and 5000 for a night, so 2500 is not overpriced regarding to my experience recently.

Near Honqiao, I have done overnight with a MP girl for 1000 in pudong.

I come to Shanghai once a year and last time I had girl from Manhattan for an overnight was September 2014, I paid 1300 RMB. Is prices up like 100% in less than a year? In town this week again and will of course check this up.

Looks like Judy's will be taking over Malone's location, just north of Nanjing on TongRen Lu. It will probably take a few months for renovations, but should be a better, long-term location for them as well as more room.

Saw quite a few inquiries here about the location of this Buddha place. From the junction of Shanxi bei lu and Changping lu. Go west along Changping lu. About 100 m on the right (north) side of the street, set back a little behind 2 rows of parking. It is set right in between a dentist on the right and tax collection agency on the left. Walk up to the glass door and and you will see an art piece of a buddha's head hung on the wall staring at you. The reception is on the 2nd floor.

Went there today, 1 pm. None of the girls I've seen before were available, so ended up at their mercy. In came #3 after about 5 minutes. Looks = 6, Service = 4, Attitude = 7. Would not take her pants off, took bra off during back rub with nuru but went back on right after the flip. So obviously not much (zero) touching on my part. HJ was acceptable. Would not try her again. Damage = 268.

This are two totally different things. Vietnamese are cheaper generally and in Manhattan and Judy's luckily the competition is high, so the prices still keep reasonable. The only disadvantage here is, that the girls have also higher costs over the years, but could not higher their rates, so they try to compensate that with "cheating". Means they try to get a pre-paid overnight and than leave after first round to catch another deal this night. A Viet girl recently told me, she even has been "taught" by more experience girls, that she should keep her shoes near the door, than after first round, when the guy take his shower, she can dress, sneak to the door and get into her shoes easy. And if he realize she is on the way to leave and come out of the bathroom, the naked customer has no chance to avoid she is leaving, because he can not even follow her. Because he is without clothes.

I was in Manhattan last week with a customer who picked up 2 hot sexy young girls for a threesome. Agreed to 2000 each (they have been young stunners, so even from my view worth some extra budget), and he got a great 3-some with even anal and girls on girls action. But first in the hotel they tried to rise up the price, asked for 3000 each than, finally accepted the 2000, but insist in pre-payment, he finally agreed just to stop the discussion and go into the action. And after a (fantastic) round, 30 minutes later he send me a message, that both left already.

So unfortunately this behavior has becoming a "part" of their business strategies to cheat guys now, and it is getting more and more hard to pick out the less reliable girls. And they really don't understand, that this behavior is part of the reason why currently the business in this bars is not as good as it has been some years ago. I talked with several Viet girls about that already, and they all think they don't need regular customers, because every day new guys show up, so why they should care to make sure there customers are happy finally. From my view they totally not understand the power of "internet reviews" and recommendations.

But at least you not need to worry you need to spend much more now, in week time even sometimes less now, just because no customers but many girls available.

Different to that, the rates for Chinese girls getting much higher over the years. First because more and more Chinese guys are willing and able to spend more and less girls need to offer that service (easy for them to find a rich sugar daddy, if they are pretty and willing to provide sex in return), so for saunas now the problem is not to find customers, it's currently more hard to find good girls who provide a good service for the low sauna rate.

Two days ago I have been in a KTV, which provides top Chinese girls (for Chinese this means young, tall and big boobs), and there only the sitting fee for an evening is 1500 or 2000 RMB for an evening. But that means they only sit and drink with the customer from around 7 to 8 up to midnight or 1 am, no sex, not any special service! But this place is very popular and busy, so there are a lot of guys (mostly Chinese and Japanese) who are willing to spend that for getting only the accompany of the girls!

And the market for girls who also can speak English has getting even more "tight". And in your post you have been talking about the club girls. First this girls are nearly all young and pretty (otherwise not able to earn money in a club), second I guess you talk about a club where the girls also speak English, so this will additional allow them to charge much more, this is why I told you, that is not too high. A friend of mine (a fashion model) who works also part time as a "club girl" told me, the normal rate they ask for is 3000 to 5000 for overnight, and not even for that all girls will offer special service.

It should be clear already, that Shanghai for sure is not a place any more, which I would call t a cheap sex paradise. Except the Sauna scene, the rates are meanwhile higher than for example in Germany, so for the "deal hunters" not a recommendation any more.

But still a great place, simply because the large selection and the service level you are able to get, so for guys who want to enjoy Chinese girls and not limited in the budget, it is from my view still the best place in China.

Finally made it far enough in my to-do list to hit kang ding for the first time. Two serious thumbs up! Can find no legitimate complaint whatsoever. Rooms are large and clean, small club (seems not very busy), beautiful girls (many at very reasonable prices). The contact from sng is extremely helpful (no English though).

For me personally, my only issue is the location. I try to stay away from the heart of the city as much as possible. But for this place, I may make an exception.

But if we insist that we will pay only after the deed and send them out if they demand upfront, maybe, just maybe, some may relook what they do.

The recent conversation about paying in advance is not limited to Shanghai, I have found similar issues in Singapore and HK as well. It has become so rampant, that I now make it a part of the "interview" before taking the girl out.

I am sure that on occasion a girl has been ripped off, and I know those are the stories that get repeated, but I just refuse to go this route. It has cost me on occasion, the last time I was in Manhattan I forgot to make sure she understood my rules. My fault. She asked for the money as soon as we got into the room, I said no, she said it was the policy and I could "trust her". I said it was not my policy and she could "trust me". She fumed and bit and kept talking and talked me right out of the mood. I got up, put my clothes on and told her to do the same. She asked what is going on and I said we are going back to the club. She now understood I wasn't kidding and kept saying, "OK, OK, OK" and I replied NOT OKAY. I did take her back and walked in club right beside her and you can imagine her friends are all going WTF. Total time away from Manhattan was less than 25 minutes. The bottom line is I am sure a few of the girls will not even talk to me, I am okay with that because there are still a lot that want my money. I did lose taxi fare and time, but the thing that really pissed me off was that I let it upset me so that I wasn't really in the mood to take another home. A few approached me and asked what happened and promised three ways from Sunday they were different, but I was "over it". Still I felt better the next morning than I would if I had given in to her demands.

The part about repeat customers is true. I always in enjoy the look when I tell them I am meeting a girl I have seen before because she was nice to me, so I will see her again.

She was hot at the sex was hot. We did have a 5 minute discussion about paying up front. She also offered I put the money on the table and she wouldn't touch it. I put my clothes on while she sat there naked. I offered her half or nothing. She finally agreed and we had one of the best sessions I ever had.

I actually negotiate for full night and end up throwing them out before morning so I can sleep. A couple pops and they are out the door by 4-5 (even though I always tell them 3-4 pops in case the chemistry is so good) . Most times they leave without issue.
