1. I met the Agra lady at Jaipur long back, that was thro one SP, No direct contact was shared by her. She said she is from Agra, that's it.

2. Bro, how I can help you in absence of PM facility at your end. I can only hint, Try few Rick walas or some vacant lodges (ask room boy with a promise to tip him handsomely) there, they would help you to get one. Would suggest to remain vigilant and cautious while moving on. Chicks are easy to get at Agra but simultaneously people there are robbers for mongers, as they think you will not complaint.

There are few SP who operate from Delhi and do provide chicks at Agra too, thou I do not have any numbers as I never needed.
