Just one hint: forget Malta for a short term meeting with local girls.

Sure, you can find girls in Malta for nice evening(s) but they are mainly language students from Switzerland, Germany or somewhere else of North-/Central Europe. Personally I like the Tunisian red light districts. Whilst it is true that most of the women are unattractive, nice ones exist. One that I encountered in Sousse was very pretty and a charming person.

Plus which the RLDs are a great local cultural experience not to be missed. The Tunis RLD in particular is a medieval labyrinth straight out of the Arabian Nights.

And they are safe and cheap.

But the only issue is that I have a preference for white or light skinned women... I'm not sure if I would be attracted to very dark-skinned ladies.

Someone once suggested Mauritania and that most of the women are really large and that I could easily find white, mature and chubby. The problem I see is that it's a very poor country (not much infrastructure) so I wouldn't know where to begin.
