I will be in Osaka for one day and staying at the Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport. Is there any action near by (Soap land, etc.) or are there escorts that I can call. I recall an escorts web site in Osaka, but a few days ago, they dropped Osaka and only service Tokyo and Narita.

If you take the Nankai line from KIX into Izumisano (2nd stop), there is a place about 3 mins walk east of the station called Blue Sky. It was there a few months ago. It's a cabaret club, but if you are caucasian it will be tough. In another building a minutes walk away is a Filipina club. Can get some covert action but not full service.
You would be much, much better off IMHO taking a train into Namba. Tons of reasonably priced action.

A few weeks ago I asked for advice on how to spend a 6 hour lay-over at KIX. I know there was something going on, but I felt pretty stupid. What did I miss???

Yeah, Namba (or any place in Japan for that matter), is not an easy place to get laid if you can't read or speak. Still, I figured if you had found the pink area based on website maps people have posted (Coco's for example), then some tout might have helped you out. Hand gestures are enough once you are at a place.
There is a massage parlor located, in Namba, near the Wendys and Mr Donut in the covered shopping arcade which might accept foreigners. I've been hailed by a short unattractive woman with glasses, loose clothes and maybe a red hat. If you stand at the intersection with the Wendys on your left , Junkdo on your right and you walk toward to end of the covered street there is a koban on the left and directly across the massage parlor, it is on the second floor. Yes the symbol is for minutes.

So I tried one of these BJ places and got a really good BBBJCIM. There seem to be many places like this near Umeda and Namba. The one I tried was in Namba.
How to get there: Sorry the name was in Japanese so I couldn't even tell you what it was called. Get off at Namba station, subway exit #4 or #5. Find the Starbucks and go through the covered shopping area. Pass all the Pachinko parlors. A mamasan called me over meaning they were receptive to gaijin. Many other places in the area if you walk around.
Damage was 7000 Yen plus tip to the girl. They wanted additional 5000 Yen tip but after much hassle we agreed to 4000 Yen. 11000 Yen total.
