I am in Changwon at the moment. Staying in a service apartment which is very close to the expat areas.
I have figured out the pick up spots for Korean guys- which apparently is very discriminatory towards the rest of us. Anyways- that's life yeah.
So as a foreigner I just could find that when I roam those particular streets (Thursday party on this street) in Changwon- the only people who approach you are these pimps. They would offer you 'sec' massage. The going rate is apparently 130000. However I know for a fact that it includes a small cut for the pimps. I had an info of a place where these guys take you eventually and I went there alone to find that the place offers you girls at 120000. I bet it must be still negotiable. These massage shops- one located at the topmost floor- would show you the pics of wares available with them. It's also open 24 hours.
Other place I visited was the Barber shop. It was late 0300 hrs and a sleepy old lady came out. In my infinite wisdom I asked Haircut- to which she smilingly replied no. Now I am not sure was it a way of telling me that it's an "extra" special place or was it a method to say no.
I have not been able to locate Dabang- the coffee shops here. Would anyone know where they are in Changwon? What is the going rate their.
Close to a complete nearby my place I can see absolutely stunning chicks getting of a taxi and getting on to it each morning. They are not in office wear and neither do they enter a work area. They just proceed onto the residential part of the building.
I am not sure though if they belong to an industry which has night shifts (no pun intended) or they are ladies if the night at some upscale business bar.
Any red light area near Changwon? I heard there is one in Masaan.
Any help would be appreciated.

In reality, you're paying for the time allotted and what you do with it becomes more or less up to you and how you vibe with your girl. I opted for the third course because I wanted plenty of time to see what this place was about. The owner showed me to a room and instructed me to change. Before he left, he asked what kind of girl I liked. What!? A place in Korea where I (sort of) get to choose? Wow.
A few minutes later, in walks the spitting image of what I described to him. Short, petite, medium sized perky tits. Nice face. He confirms that I'm okay with this and then leaves us to it. Her English was good so we exchange hellos and then she whisks me off to the shower where she thoroughly scrubs me down. Back to the room and off come the robes. Good BBBJ. DATY. CFS in whatever position I wanted. Enthusiastic.
I finish and she offers me a drink. I can tell I'm not going to be able to go for the HJ, so I decide that I'm going to just milk her for information instead. We chat about the shop for quite a while. Turns out there are usually 4 - 8 girls working there at any given time. The shop is open from 1 pm until 5 am. Very few foreigners come in. She's super friendly (Thai, after all) and we have a good chat.
Finally it's back to the shower and then back to the room for a "massage. " This was a let down as there wasn't any real massage skills. Finished that, changed, and was out the door. On the way out, the owner and I chatted and he made sure I had a good time.
Face: 7/10.
Body: 7/10.
Attitude: 8/10.
Service: 8/10.
Massage: 3/10.
Shop cleanliness: 8/10.
My recommendation would be to just go with the first course for 80,000 KRW. No reason to spring for the "massage. " For barely over 1/3 the price of a foreigner-friendly anma and just a bit more than a dirty barbershop, this is a steal. Wish I'd found it a long time ago, though obviously I'm sure service varies with the girl you get.

I hear it may have closed down (not sure if that's temporary or permanent), but I haven't had a chance to check it out myself.

Its cheap compared to other options. You must speak Korean. If you cannot do that you should look at craigslist and hope you will get lucky. If you can speak Korean go to the website that they call Kwiko. Search for it spelled in Korean like Kwiko. You will find it is full of options. You can text them with line or kakao, then meet them at their place.
