You are perfectly right, Sao Paulo is a VERY large city and it may take hours from one side to the other when traffic is bad (almost everyday).
All hotels you mention seem to be not far each other, considering Sao Paulo distances, with the exception of Hotel Grand Corona, which is in the centre. Surely this area is not nice, whereas other areas seem ok.
Maybe you can just map the hotels and the venues you plan to visit and see where they are located and from there you can decide where to stay.

As far as girls rates are concerned, the 300 or 400 or 500 Reais you see mentioned in the forum I believe refer to a session of 2 or 3 hours not to just 1 hour.
So probably Brazilian girls are still cheaper here than in Europe.

It's a well-known hang out place to held this kind of event. The name « hotel » is misleading because it's more in reality a motel. I was there recently (August) and I can vouch for it because we held a «suruba» down there. The only problem I see with your requirements is that the rooms are equiped with one bed. Concerning the number of people in side the room you muist keep up for yourself because no more than 2 people are allowed habitually.
