Sharing Cab to Svaranbhum Airport from Pattaya 31st December around 3 a. M.
Anybody intrested in sharing cab to airport on above date PM me
Laem Chabang to Pattaya and back
Our ship will be parked overnight in Laem Chabang. Our first idea was to go to Bangkok (where we have been) but I am now comint to the conclusion that may be too frantic. Plan B is to take a cab to Pattaya, stay there overnight (been there) and then back in mid-morning to the port.
I'm told stories about the Laem Chabang taxi mafia and the extortion fares they charge. Should I just make arrangements with a Pattaya outfit for transportation? If so, any recommendations?

Tis The Season Trip Report
Logistics:
Flew China Air for the first time because of the schedule and price. Really good service from the flight attendants and plenty of movies to watch. I only have a couple of complaints. First, the food kind of sucked; but still eatable (except for the eggs). Second, they are strict about the carry ons. Usually I check in one bag on the way over because I bring tequila with me, and bring the bag and my backpack on the way back so I don't have to wait at the damn carousel for forever and a day; not with this airline.
I used Mr. Keak taxi service for the first time and I was impressed with the cars and service. My plane was almost 2 hours late getting in BKK, but the driver was still there holding up my name. And the dude had patience. He waited in tow while I stopped at the 7-11 to get a sim card, phone minutes, and tasty adult beverages for the trip. All tolls included. 1000 to Pattaya, and 900 back to BKK. E-mails were returned quickly.
The hotel of choice for the past 15 years was the Penthouse (report posted in that thread). Why they keep letting me stay there; who knows. I've broken more shit in that hotel than any other guest. After my Christmas Eve party, the place looked almost as bad as the Hangover movie;"almost" was the key word.
Base Camp:
Sin Bin on Soi 13/3 was base camp for the entire stay. If you ever get a chance to stop by and meet the owner, Ian, do so. I met up with fellow monger GargantaProfunda (Gill) and Sin Bin is where we usually started and ended; place never seems to close. I've also fished for women from this bar, as they walk back and forth on the Soi, and had good success in the process.
The "Posse" (Nicknamed by Ian)
The Brat. One of my X-Zone buddies and pretty much was around whenever I called or she called. Hot dark skin girl that has Indian looking features. Why the Brat? She was just that from time to time, but that was part of her charm as well.
The Hottie. Another of my X-Zone buddies. She was a team player with the brat.
The Sister. I woke up one afternoon and gave the brat a kiss and a pat on the ass. Then I felt someone patting me on the ass, and I knew the hottie didn't sleep over. I asked the brat,"Who in the hell is this?" She replied,"Oh, that's my sister." I officially welcomed her to the team shortly thereafter.
The Beauty. Yet another of my X-Zone buddies and a friend as well. I've known her for a couple of years and was always fun to play with.
The "Posse" knew of my whereabouts most of the trip and were always a phone call away. The girls never mentioned money because they knew I would take care of them one way or another. They definitely made this trip special. None of them were jealous of the others; they were real team players.
The Coconut Bar:
The venders screwed up the beach action for both weekends. But during the weekdays, there were a lot of women available; more than I've ever saw before. My guess is it was because of high season. I only pulled one from the Coconut Bar, wasn't real impressed.
Clubs:
Halo. What is this fucking place? Gill and I took a stroll through and saw no reason for this place to exist.
Babydolls. Still one of my favorites. Mamasan has at least 5 nieces that dance there, keeping things in the family; I like that. Always a nice line up for hotties.
X-Zone. This place has changed due to ownership and Mamasan changes. When Miki left the club, she took many of the girls with her. But some of my favorites returned and we rejoiced.
Champion. When I was there in the summer, Mamasan Sue had a lineup of about 30-35 girls, now she is down to about 20-25. Still a decent selection of hotties.
Bacarra & Happy. Love both these places, but for some reason I could not get to either one more than twice. The lineup was good as always.
Baron. The is where Mamasan Miki now works. Not a big place and Miki has a few spinners, but she is still in the recruiting process.
Lucifer. Gill wanted to check out the place so we stopped in for a drink. It was still somewhat early and Gill and I was checking out the talent, and there was talent. Then, I met Lucifer's daughter! She came out of nowhere and had had this demon look in her eyes. Then she got closer and said,"I really like you." Then she wrapped her arms around me and refused to let go. I look over at Gill, who is staring down the talent, and I yell,"A little help here!" He came over, pried her off, and I ran out of the damn place.
"I" Bar. I quickly became fond of this place. The amount of women that flowed through that place was incredible. I only went up stairs a couple of times because I felt it was overcrowded and could not walk around as freely as I wanted. Gill and I was with the Posse one night in the "I" Bar and all of us were standing on the platform behind the pool tables. There was a party of six girls next to us that started sharing their bottle of Johnnie Walker. Bottle did not last long, so I started buying shots, then bottles, and it turned out to be one epic party. I went through two batteries on my digital and a shitload of Baht, but I have no regrets.
The Mamasan's Daughter Dilemma:
Gill and I were leaving Champion one night, and sitting outside next to the door was this stunner wearing regular clothes. I stop Gill because I wanted to say Hello. I asked her why she was out here and in perfect English, she said,"I'm waiting for my friend." She said she was just in Pattaya visiting family and had to leave in a couple of days. Shortly thereafter, Mamasan Sue walks out the door and said,"Oh, you met my daughter." I told Mama that I was just being friendly and to hold back her punches. I told Mama that we were just leaving to go to the "I" Bar. And for whatever reason, Mama told her to go with us.
Get to "I" Bar, drinks and shots start flowing; go figure. Gill decides to go back to Champion to check on one of the hotties he passed up. The daughter and I are drinking like fish and then she said,"I hope you take care of me because I'm getting drunk." I explained to her that there are two reasons that won't happen. First, the Brat and the Hottie are passed out in my bed and they may not play well with her. Second, you are Mamasan Sue's daughter, who happens to be my good friend. She looks, smiles, and said,"I'm not Mamasan's daughter." I said,"OK, so we will have to consider the first reason." Gill shows back up, and now the daughter is calling in more troops. Another stunner shows up! I told her to put that phone away; no more stunners allowed at this point. Lucky ass Gill took home the so called "daughter." The other stunner went elsewhere.
Overall thoughts:
Pattaya was packed! Tourists, mongers, and more importantly. 1000's and 1000's of women. Almost everywhere I looked, there were spinners and stunners. I must have said,"Oh my Buddha!" a thousand times during the trip.
The last night we were all partying at the Sin Bin, and Ian looked over and said,"You are going to miss the Posse." He was dead right; I already do!
Amazing well detailed report. Keep them coming!
