You can fill in your home country and region or any other country and region.

Just click on 'Discover' and then 'People Nearby' and WeChat will find the people who are close to you, based on the location setting of your phone. So that must be turned on and set to 'high accuracy'.

Like you said there are only 4 choices, so they take the one that's the closest to where they live.

When you are in Angeles and use WeChat you will see that almost all of the people that show up in People Nearby are from Manila. But most of them are not really from Manila but live in Angeles and are really close to you.

Typically I rely on face to face options (bars, shopping malls, freelancers etc) for hook ups. However, I'm in Dumaguete heading to Cebu tomorrow so I thought I would try my luck at using PinaLove to prearrange some options.

Let me say upfront that I have zero experience with the Chat sites and zero Game when it comes to on line hook ups. Despite that I've been flooded with options for meetings and within one or two messages, I've got their number and an ok to meet up when I arrive. One: To ensure that the pics really do represent the person you are connecting with. Two: The argument is that if you can convince them to send naked pics and / or strip down to any extent on video, you both guarantee that they are DTF, pretty much end any LMR, and also hugely increase the likelihood that they will show rather than flake (they have now 'invested' in seeing you.). As to long conversations, that doesn't seem necessary!

Have the girls come to the room and met them outside. Video chat is good in the sense you get to see each other and also discuss intimate details which cannot be done in chat sites. Can plan plan how many days and find out what benefits she is expecting. Sometimes it is better to interact so that Ice is broken. Many of the girls are scared to be with a stranger. Once they feel you can be trusted rest is easy. Sex is better. It is also easy to convince girls to take a trip to be with you, go on vacations. I have gotten girls to come from the provinces and stay with me many times.

Meeting outside gives you and the girl to easily escape if you do not like each other. Problem is sometimes they do not come alone. Sometimes with family and sometimes with a friend. I forgot which part of Cebu me and my ex went to that resort in, but when I was scuba diving one American guy on the boat said his son was working with the Peace Corps in Dumaguete while pointing to the land across the water. We were only maybe 2 minutes from the Cebu shoreline at the time. On the map, that corner piece of land on the right side of the water is where we were diving from in Cebu, while on the left is Dumaguete. Appears to be no more than 4km of water between the two.
