Went by there yesterday (was there last month) and it looks like a whole bunch of new buildings and windows have been marked for demolition. Looks like it is almost shrinking down to half its size.

Some shops in the obscure areas looked closed but majority of the shops and the main ones were all open and busy as usual. No indication its closing down anytime soon. BBFS seem less though. Yes, the main "T-Section" nerve is still there, and probably will be like that for a while.
