But, I do think a smart monger should have some sort of a battle plan when entering Pattaya. If not, you can find yourself, broke, robbed, the victim of theft, beat up, ripped off, getting an STD, etc. If you have some sort of plan, not too overly strict, you can have a safe, financially responsible awesome time.

41 compared to 48 in 2011. This is going to be a rip-off!

It's bad because of the banking crisis in Europe. The Euro had a terrible year against all currencies, last year. It is 30 baht to a US$ now, and was 40 baht to a US$ when I was there last (6 years ago).
No one can predict what it will do by the end of the month. That is a skill that would be worth millions$.

My first trip to BBK is 1995 the USD rate is one to 28 bht but every thing is so much cheaper then 1200 bht for nice hotel a night in Bangkok 500 bht in the flipper lodge
In Pattaya and you can get st in Bangkok for 400 bht and all nighter in Pattaya for 500 bht at the disco.

What works for one or is most efficient for one may not be the same for another. In the end the big picture is supposed to be getting some pussy. But how you do that is no one size fits all. Thank goodness we have many readily available options. I grew up in Atlanta and was DJing at the strip club and pimping when I was 17, so gogo bars are really boring to me. I don't drink much so the bars are out. Besides, I have a pretty big selection of alcohol in my room for those occasions when I want a drink or when females come over and want a drink. (Funny thing: I can count on one hand how many times women in Pattaya have come over and have actually wanted a drink. I guess they are more club drinkers and not real drinkers. The most common thing the pros say is that they have to drink to go with a man otherwise they could never do it. After the first time I never see them drink around me.) Even if I do go to a bar for a few minutes and see a girl (or mamasan) I like I can always convince her to call or come after work, so I have never paid a bar fine. But I'm 39 and pretty much a disco FL and non-pro guy. BTW, I moved from Rio to Pattaya. My rent in Rio had more than doubled on exchange rate alone (from $500 to over $1000) and FL pussy more than quadrupled going from anywhere between $25 and $75 to $100 basement bottom minimum. And when that happens it is time to get the fuck away. I pay $150 in Pattaya and if this place ever goes under I guess I will (try to) settle down.

A year ago was my last time there and I had a hard time finding anything on BR I liked.
I hadn't done many High Seasons and maybe that was part of it. Bars were filled but it was mostly tourists.
Still had a few gems but many times I saw something looking good / fresh wasn't a real woman. Hehheh.
