Time to move on you can't recreate the old club help good ole days.
Planning a visit to Rio over July 4th week. Been reading various posts on the site. Would appreciate a bit of information.
My last trip to Rio was in 2008. Had a great time dancing with a couple of girls at Help. Wondering of there is a replacement for Help. A bit confused with the verious posts on Balcony. Is there a night club or two where I can hang out with pro's and semi pro's around? Where has all the action moved to with Help gone. Would like to recreate a great time I had years ago in Rio.
Thanks for the info.
Arjuna Alpha,
There isn't no NEW action that can compare to the old Club Help all you can do is try to make NEW times. And all you and the rest of us can do is just remember the fun we had and all you can do is remember the fun you had back in 2008 BUT recreate? Don't even waste your time trying to do so.

Please correct me if i am wrong but isn't this a english "only" site?
Give me a break. Really. This has become trivial BS. Forum administrator? Sure, maybe he can sort out Google translator. The word in question,"nigga" was apparently a correct translation of a portugese slang word, and it is not offensive.
The sentence it was in was not even important to the point of the post I made. What I was pointing out is that brazilians are calling Mosaico a new Help.
You are trivializing yourselves.
PatmarBeleza1,
I don't know were you were born are were you are from or were you have live in your life BUT as much as I wanted to keep and stay away from making any comment on this topic. BUT after I toured Germany and seen what have happen to the Jews over there when no one said anything so I couldn't keep quit on this topic.
BUT when I see someone like yourself that spent so much time writing post after post that many have enjoyed reading and I was going to post a thank you for your post BUT now I feel I need to teach you something about the word you seem to feel is NO big deal and we are just trivializing ourselves for your information the word you felt you needed to keep posting on here isn't a SLANG word but it is a RACIST term and it is a offensive word to many!
I agree with Poucolouco the Administrator which is the site owner Mr. Jackson have said time and time again this site / forum is for finding women for sex and this is a English speaking and reading site. This section is for Rio reports NOT for reading in Portuguese how to translate a RACIST word in Portuguese to a Racist word in English. You can keep trying to say it is a Slang word all you want to BUT there is a long long history of that "N" word being anything BUT a slang word..
Why on earth would you even think for a second anyone would care or would be interested to read what " those" guys debate or read or post a "racist " term on a Brazilian forum anyways?
Even after Ipanema Carioca told you UNLESS you are a member of the Klu Klux Klan otherwise don't use it! And you still felt the need to disrespect his post and repeated the "N" word. ? And Poucolouco felt it was offensive and I also feel and KNOW it is offensive! and guess what? For your info the word is offensive.
I tell you what if you still think it's no big deal and it isn't a racist word or a offensive word just go down to Mia P. In the afternoon there is from time to time a group of guys I known for decades live in Rio and some of them have served in my unit in the US Navy that would love to have a beer with you, you just need to go by there and say Yo "N" what's up?
So bottom line leave all the racist terms that is said and that you have found on those Brazilian forum on the Brazilian site and use English on this site (since it is a English ONLY site) and be respectful once someone tell you that they are and was offended. And don't try to ignore or dismiss their comments that is in it self is very insulting.
There is a section on here for Portuguese words and phrases.. but this isn't it..
Now, let's get back to reporting about girls and were to find them in ( English )..
