It seems that you need at least conversational Japanese here as the tencho did not have very good English ability and explained the system costs and play in Japanese only. It was my first time and I needed to pay the membership fee. I chose the 55 minute course like Llewelyn, but I got a regular class girl instead. The total cost was 20500 yen.When I got there it didn't seem too busy, but the tencho told me that there were no girls available at the moment that would take a foreigner and I would have to wait about an hour. So I waited and he went to the back and came out after 15 minutes and said there was one girl available and I said it was fine. So I got charged the 2000 yen nomination fee even though I didn't get to choose. The girl I got was Chihiro, she was about a 7 and fit, but not really my style. She seemed reluctant to be with a foreigner but I guess the tencho talked her into it. I check the website later and found out that she doesn't normally accept foreigners. Girls with a globe icon are foreigner friendly. Small room with a bed and shower. She started with BBBJ, sumata, and finished me with a HJ. I didn't want to push for FS because I could feel that she wasn't going to accept. I've visited twice and explicitly said "I won't nominate but leave it to you" and I was still charged the corresponding nomination fee. If someone can confirm avoiding the nomination and what you said, I'd be thankful.

The reason the lights are so dim in these shops is two fold. One to give you privacy the other so you can't really see the girl too well.When you get there I promise you will not think about DATY or FS with these girls. They probably do 20 to 25 guys a day! The 2 other times I was there it was 3000yen for around 1PM afternoon and 4000yen for around 9PM. Maybe shits changed over there this was 2 years back.
