What people don't realize is agencies have played a major role in ruining the indie scene.

The average indie used to charge 150-180 k per hour just 3 years ago. All that money would go to her. An agency girl gets 90-110 k out of the 250-300 k the agency charges.

When an indie sees that this agency is charging 250 k plus, she thinks to herself "why can't I charge that too". She ups her prices, and this snowballs to other indies.
