Your right about the base rate, it hasn't changed in 15 years. That why the extras are so high. But if you can get FS for 110 $ in an Asian run brothel, why give them 50 for a clothed HJ, 50 $ for a nude HJ, seems to be the growing rate, and that is barely acceptable.
