The problem is when you send an email or whatsapp. They just seem to reply back that yes they are available on the day and we should contact them when we are there.

Everything else unsaid. On replying back for more information most don't even reply back. Not sure what stopped them from replying. Frankly just got reply from 1 person from the about 5 people I contacted.

This reply puts all the hopes of preplanning to the drain.

This feels like it is a lot unorganised. Compared to the same in Germany / swizz where I normally have experience with.

At most two weeks out start looking and about a week before your trip start messaging. Of everyone I met, the only person I planned in advance more than a month was a porn star to make sure it would work with her schedule. Don't let the lack of responses now get you down. They also have lives, so they may not know their vacation plans yet, if they are still going to be escorting, that time of the month, or a hundred other reasons they don't want to plan that far out. CIM / CIF most will offer at an extra price, and A-level some. In the German FKKs this used to be the case, but since a few years those become more and more tourist traps (especially the large clubs around Frankfurt), but you can still find good price / quality level in the smaller (less known) clubs.
