Hey all, came across the site first time today and had my account up and running in a flash. And my first post can be nothing but my first experience. Over the next few days I will try to share all my adventures (not too many so far)

1: while the urge to have fun has been on for over a decade now it was only last year I gathered the courage and the will to shell out a few thousands to enjoy with a girl. And this happened in state with 5 rivers. Was put up in a hotel, called around 7 MPs before I could find one in that town. This was a certain s*m who himself was not in that town but in the state capital and said that he could arrange. The deal was made for 4k and I waited. I was not sure of sharing my hotel details (slightly scared) so decided on meeting on the roadside a few blocks from my hotel. A MP inch taller than me and much bulker got out of a m*g* cab. I saw a lady should have been in her mid 30s in the car. He said I could give the money and take her. I was skeptical and when told there was no way out I handed him the cash. The lady sitting behind opened the door, he sat in the front seat and zoom they were off with my money, thus started my adventures.

Distraught was the feeling, not because I didn't have sex, but because I had lost 4K, couldn't sleep that night.

This was my first and easily the worst so far. And hopefully ever.

BTW, I know the cafe you are describing and also Poonam. But our favourite was, a Cafe Paradise on Karve road. And this Cafe Paradise is still there.

Went to Knights last night which followed a visit to Sai Kiran and then to Kennedy bridge. Probability of HIV transmission increases multifold if any one is infected with "Chlamydia" and / or "Gonorrhea" also. This is because the viral load in the infected partner is very high and there are open sores in vaginal / urethral passage. Interestingly both these infections show symptoms (yellow coloured, fowl smelling discharge from penis) very early. 3-4 days.

My advice would be, don't wait for symptoms and meet a physician trained for handling STD cases. eg. Physicians running the erstwhile "Sadhan Clinics" or OPDs of general hospitals. Here also my preference is state run hospitals or those run by charity trusts (MGM in Vashi / CBD Belapur), because I think they are the ones handling a large number of STD cases. I knew one Sadhan Clinic in Vashi. PM-ed you the google map co-ordinates. But I am not sure if it is still there.

Keep faith and follow the advice of a physician.

I understand it is panicky first time. I have been through this a few times and the first time round I panicked. But the chances of HIV are very less. I would suggest you do a complete STD test which is available at most pathology centers. They will test you for most STDs including HIV. Do it after 3 weeks of exposure as many STDs have that gestation period. PCR for HIV is good and can be done after 2 days of exposure.

So yesterday I started the evening at Red Bull. I guess I've been going there too often for too long, the waiters actually refused to overserve me LOL. Which is amazing for a dance bar.
