Bro, why there is no way to avoid online instant payments nowadays? I agree with your answer for transactions in every other place. But when going for spa or indie, carry in cash. There are two ways mongering using UPI can be problematic. First one as you said they can see the name, although the number with be redacted. But if you google with full name for most people it will show your social media accounts. LinkedIn mostly. If they really want to trouble you, they can find their way from there.

Second one is if the girl or spa or SP runs into some legal trouble. In that case recent transactions and call logs will come under scrutiny. For instance many afros also peddle drugs. If they get caught for drug trafficking and your account shows a transaction to theirs, then it can be a problem.

There's also this small risk of your family members seeing these transactions.

Either way the safest thing is to avoid doing it. Use good old cash. Walk to an ATM and take some cash.
