Walk-ups are easily located once you're in the right neighborhood (Peter Street area of Soho; Lisle Street between Chinatown and Leicester Square, Shepherds Market, etc.)

Be on the lookout for open doorways with stairs leading up. You may see three or four hand-lettered signs advertising "models." Go on up. A "lady" will answer the door and introduce you to the "model" if she isn't working. If you don't like what you see, explain it's not quite what you're looking for and excuse youself. If you do, you'll be presented with a hand-lettered sign with detailed prices for various acts. The 20-minute special generally includes oral and conventional sex.

A couple of decent experiences to share in London last week.
