It's not what I would call a residential area. Also, have very spacious parking space; so can't see why it would bother its commercial neighbours.

Heavenly Care is actually bang in a (mid / high-end) residential area in Sodnac with private houses all around & is open until 9pm. Parking space is just about enough & clients must have parked in front of neighbours' houses very often. Must have received plenty of complaints from neighbouring residents. Have never been raided to my knowledge. This beats the theory about MPs in residential areas. They must have the right connections (& influential clients!).

There are some mps which you can try like relance mp trou aux biches, heavenly care sodnac, st jean mp (you will get a lot of info on these mp by going through the threads).

Now to ask for FS its not difficult at all. In certain mps as soon as you get in the room the girls will ask you what would you like to do? (ans: you would like a complete service). Some others while doing your "massage" (just rubbing theirs hands on your back.) will ask you if you have ever been to this mp before? Is it the first time you are visting an mp? What mps have you visited before? What kind of service did you get there? The most common question is they would ask you directly during the "massage" what would you like to do? So you decided what you want to do simple.
