If you have Korean friend ask them to introduce good place to you. I noticed so much difference when I went to place my Korean friend introduced me to. The service level was so much different from place I went before. So if you know where to go or if your Korean makes connection to you, you will see difference in GFE quality.

The two markets are also very different.

Korean scene. Saturated with girls and mongerers. This is their home turf, the top girls know there will always be a local to sell to.

USA. Nowhere near saturated as Korea, but mongerers have a lot more options. Many K-hookers are either there illegally, or on borrowed time. So the incentive is to make as much cash as possible, while giving more perks than the competition.

Think of the way Korean brands operate in the US vs how they operate in Korea. US customers get higher quality Korean brands at cheaper prices, than customers in Korea.

You should have no problem accessing the full array of services here. Officetel girls, while of course more expensive, will provide the services you seek. There are also many Korean language resources online that can direct you to more affordable providers who might not be the top 5% of looks like officetel girls, but will still provide your sought after services. Particularly since you speak the language, you have the ability to negotiate those things with either the girl or the person on the phone who books your appointment.

One area I will agree with you on is attitudes. I've actually come to prefer Thai, Filipina, and other girls to K-girls. Too often here I find them not as warm as other places.

I have 20 years mongering of in LOS Angeles, so it's not like I'm speaking without a point of reference. I had plenty of (legit) 19 year old girls in Korea but in the states it's not as common. Sure we do get some stateside, but the selection is a lot less.

As for service. That might be debatable. There's been plenty of "robot" type experiences I've had here as well. Most of the girls here follow a script that's told to them by their booker. And yeah, a lot of them here act like they enjoy it. Officetel girls tend to spend a little time talking to you before you get your funk on, but that's part of their "service" as well.
