From the point of view of weather, it is still hot in October in the DR, but the weather is unpredictable as this is the tail end of the hurricane season and it is possible to see tropical storms and heavy rains or fine sunny weather.

You do not understand at all. Fucking is not a commodity like oil that undergoes seasonal price variations. If you go to a place iwth a set price menu like La Passion, the prices do not adjust seasonally.

The amount that you might pay for sex with a freelancer would depend on numerous factors like the attractiveness of the girl, how attractive she finds you, what her financial needs are, how good a negotiator she is, how good a negotiator you are, and a host of other factors. You are dealing with individual human beings selling their only commercial asset for survival. Any theoretical price variations related to seasonality will be swamped by other factors.
