I know only Oase and Sharks, but I am convinced the reason for paucity of public sex is mainly the client and not so much the girl.
If olden times were golden, the blame is squarely on ourselves. We can still make it golden today.
Sure, not every girl is so inclined. But enough are. And if there is more demand, more girls will acquiesce in. I have seen few girls risking the loss of an entire sale due to public sex. I. e. After you already agreed to a session, if you say but I can only do it in the kino, in the vip lounge, in the outdoors, few girls are willing to walk away completely. At first, they might act shy or reluctant, usually say "but it's better in the room, not much noise,. " But eventually if you remain stubborn, they will give in.
And especially if this becomes more of a trend, with more clients and more girls doing it, the remaining girls will throw in the towel. You are not going to be shy if everyone else is doing it.
Even at Oase, where there is supposed to be more of a gang thing with older Romanian girls enforcing code, it is quite possible to get public sex. On a recent visit, of my 4 sessions in total, one was a total session in kino in its entirety, one had bbbj in the kino and fucking in the room, and 2 were indoors.

When I first started Oase, what was the biggest draw was the kissing time in the kino. I pretty much expect that to occur when a girl would suggest kino.

Artemis when I used to attend I've seen sex in the kino, and spectators would round up by the kino. You can get BBBJ in the kino like anywhere else. GT has waits for rooms, so kino action takes place. Although not in the lounge, other guys would be in there or some guys would walk in to check it out, etc. Still happens due to long room waiting on peak times. This can be said about Sharks as well, when they run out of rooms, kino turn-around is quicker so it's an attractive option during those times. So basically, the more mainstream popular clubs, the tourist are most likely to attend, and higher popular than these smaller type, so called "service clubs." That keeps things in check.
How long has these lower priced Aldi clubs been around for? That distributes the clientele types as well. Lot more club options that cater for different demands, this splits off the club types, and what to be expected in the clubs.

I don't think asians are more shy at all. I've seen alot more asians doing public sex than I've seen germans or africans. Normally its eastern europeans, scandinavians and a few italians who seems to do it the most though.
