You can visit any beer bar, gentle-men's club or Ago-go, depending on your budget and pick and choose as you like. Best is go with the flow at these places. And of course there are massage parlors. I've tried buying bitcoin through various wallets in order to buy subscription here. Here is how it has gone:

1. Binance: Credit card gets declined. In order to use Gpay, you need ID verification. But if I try that, my driver's license gets declined for some unknown reason.

2. Wazirx: I can deposit INR into wallet and buy crypto. But in order to send bitcoin to ISG's address, it has a minimal withdrawal limit of bitcoins amounting to $36, which is higher than the subscription fee of $25 here. I will have to resort to paying this amount if there is no other way.

3. Pionex: gpay doesn't work and credit card gets declined.
