It depends on the country. Some countries will let foreigners try to get child support in their courts. Some will cooperate with a foreign court's request for testing / enforce child support. It is highly variable.

A) age difference between you and her
B) will sex be sufficient binder to the relationship?
C) what kind of financial supported they expect (I expect the sister will have to be supported too) from you?
D) how much of an "ex" is her husband? What will happen when he is out of jail at some point?
E) what about the family behind (I believe there is a family behind, taking care, somehow, of her child)
F) how long will you be happy to be made happy by 3-somes?
G) can you be sure the "enlarged family" (she and her sister and kids) will not enlarge further? I can discount the main girl had the child from her husband (now I jail, for how long?) but the sister seemed to have had a sexual encounter (relationship? A one off turned into pregnancy?) , will she be subject to other ones, aware that anyhow there is a sort of sugar daddy behind?
H) Why is relocation in their home country is a condition? In a pinch, can't she have the child and her sister and baby relocate to where you are (and where probably you have your business / job running?)

I know of a case where an English guy (non Hk resident) found out after three years that an Indo lady he had been shagging had a baby. He wanted custody of the baby, hired an Indo lawyer, arranged meetings in Hk to find out that the lady had sold the baby to a childless couple.

Obviously, we aren't looking for a jury verdict. Just enough to get me a beer and him a lump in his throat.
