Bangkok being more expensive than Pattaya, you can optimize your budget if you spent less time in Bangkok and more time in Pattaya.

If you came to Thailand only to study the female part of the human species, then I'd say to skip Bangkok completely. From personal experience I can tell you that there are no significant differences between the Bangkok ladies and the Pattaya ladies, except their prices.

If your main interests is to sample Thai culture and art and history, then Bangkok is the place you want to be. Pattaya is rather poor in that respect.

But 5000 Baht / day should be sufficient wherever you go. Set aside 500 baht / day for food and drinks during the day (and that means you can eat in fancy restaurants) , another 500 baht / day for extras (museum entrance, transport, other touristy things) and you have 4000 baht / day to spend on your study of the female part of the human species. Wherever you are (even in a Soi Cowboy or Walking street gogo) that will give you a few drinks for you, some ladydrinks and a nice lady going LT with you. When combining the tourist and monger aspects of your persona, I find LT gives you the best possible price / quality / fun ratio. A gogo has the benefit of allowing you to visually examine the wares on offer and rare is the gogo-girl that does not allow you some more intimate sampling of her charms after receiving a ladydrink. Aye, indeed! If you are not quick to cuddle her, she will sample you. LT allows you then to bring her to your room and then there is no time pressure, nor any other limit than your personal stamina, to have a good time.

I remember there were loads of bars, on both sides of the street, and about 10 girls sitting outside in front of each bar. I don't think I've seen a young or even semi-pretty girl in there for a couple years now. Always worth a look of course but don't expect it to be like old times.

The short time rooms vary from bar to bar. Some are nicer than others. The better ones are IMHO nicer than "dingy." As for "quality time in the sack," that depends on what you prefer. If you want to spend hours in bed, shagging, sharing and snuggling, Soi 6 is not the place. But if your idea of "quality" is showering with your girl, followed by a bareback blow job, then moving on to multiple positions, finishing with another blow job and launching a load all over her than you've come to the right place.

What's the best time of day? I like arriving at sunset, tuning up with a drink or two, and then making my choice. The selection of girls is at its height then, and after I'm finished the evening is young. If I've got an early tee time the next day, I grab a quick bite and retire for the evening. If I suspect I'll be ready to go again later, I might go back to my room for a combat nap. In my experience, Soi 6 slows down later. By midnight you'll be better off in the beer bar complex on Sois 7 & 8, or down on Walking Street.

I'm planning a 50 years old birthay party (not exaxtly on the right days) , but. A week or so in a Penthouse hotel suite, at leat with three LBFM every evening.

Good looking, well, that's not a Soi 6 strong point. But if you sweep up and down enough you'll usually find something. I actually think it's a better drinking soi than mongering soi, but it's nice that any time you do meet someone you like, you just take her upstairs.

I looked at the pool deck rooms when I was there in December, but the outdoor pool wasn't open at that time. There is an indoor pool and the girls always have fun in there. No rules of course. I thought that the pool deck rooms might get a bit noisy if there was a party in the pool, but then again, the rooms have double sliding doors in order to keep the noise out.

All of the rooms on the 5th floor have jacuzzis, which are a must. Make sure you bring 2-3 bottles of Mr. Bubble, the girls love that as well. It will be a comfy fit with three girls and yourself, I tried 4, but it was too crowded.

The rule at the Penthouse is that you can bring two girls to your room for no charge, but the 3rd girl there is a charge, not sure how much. Except, if you pull the girls out of the Penthouse club, Kitten, you can bring as many as you want. I had one hell of a Christmas party!
