Having said that, I think my last trip via delta where I had a stopover at NYC, one baileys cost $18 (compared to 3 for $62 this trip but I cannot swear that at NYC, it was a one liter bottle, which it is this time).

It is in a building named Plaza Coplan. It looks like Cabrini Green from the outside. I thought it was abandoned. Then I called the phone number to ask where it was located. The girl said it is by appointment. I told her I was outside though. She said she would call me back. Then she called me back and asked where I was. I stepped back and saw her up on the balcony of a higher floor and waved to her. She told me how to get into the building and what apt to go to.

For this weekend (or however long) they closed the malecon from right past Jaragua up to Maximo Gomez. They covered the street with sand and put like 12 swimming pools there.
