The job of parenting sucks all the energy of the adults. All other emotions completely squeezed out. Despite all our intellectualizing about love and passion, re-creating and sustaining life is the one and only ever-repeating game in town played from primordial times and we play along what Nature have us playing, blissfully ignorant.

Moreover, the committee itself found out that many bars and restaurants were closed and in other places there was little clientele. They decided to suspend their tour of inspection and to go in consultation with the Mayor Ilana Neumann and the commander of the Politur. What they exactly discussed in the consultation and what the findings are is not yet disclosed. It seemed that the mayor was very upset by the decline of the restaurants and bars in business. Now we see that the last few days the Politur is more cautious and quiet.
It looks like and we hope that Sosúa will regain its valued conviviality

Is there any daytime action other than Passions. I see from thier website it is 2500 pesos for full service. I am hoping to pay between 1000 and 1500 pesos.

You can communicate with chicas enough to have sex even if you don't speak any Spanish, but the more you know the easier it gets, so at least learn some basics before a first visit. The first time I came to the DR I started teaching myself Spanish only six weeks earlier with some CDs, and by the end of my first three day visit, I found I was already ordering breakfast without reference to the menu, or conducting prescreening interviews for chicas without a dictionary.
I have to admire Cortoetempo who was here recently, who had never spoken a word of Spanish before, but had studied a book called, I think, Spanish for SAT, and hit the ground speaking rapid but atrocious Spanish, calling girls on his phone, talking to everyone, and generally getting his point across very effectively.
