As soon as you cross take a cab and say to ticuan $5. From ticuan to HK at that time you should cab it. I personally like to walk it from ticuan to the alley to see everything in between. Make a few stops on the way there. Especially calle sexta. A couple of time I didn't even make it to HK because I ended up having a great time at the bars there. I'm bilingual and a Mexican American so I can blend in.

I'll be there that weekend and also hoping to see mexico in a gm that weekend. It'll be difficult for mexico to advance that far ...Anything is possible though. Shit statman is getting married to a Tijuana prostiitute with the help of a congresswoman. Anything is possible..lol

A couple months ago someone on another site came up with a list of E-mail addresses to contact city officials about some police corruption they have experienced while in Tijuana. However the address to reach the Mayor or the Presidente de Municipal was missing from the list. After doing a little research I was able to find his E-mail. So 2 months ago I sent him an E-mail describing how some friends of mine were no longer willing to travel to Tijuana and spend there money in this city (SuperSteve) due to being harrased by corrupt policia.

So yesterday I finally got a response with the usual blah blah blah thanking me and assuring me they were working to correct these type of problems. So anyway I'm sure the more E-mails he receives the more it will help us to have one less thing to worry about when in Tijuana. Here is the E-mail address to reach the Presidente Municipal.

If you want to be in the heart of the action, and plan on sampling SG's and bar girls you definitely want Cascadas. With the main advantage being you won't be paying extra everytime you bring a girl to your room. If you plan on doing escorts or you just prefer to stay in a nicer Hotel Ticuan is for you. I have known some who like to mix it up and spend a night or two in one and then try out the other. The one advantage that I prefer with the Ticuan is there is a safe in every room. If you are a light sleeper be sure to ask for a room on a higher floor at Cascadas and at the Ticuan you want a room that is not on the Revolution side.

On a side note you won't be charged extra for bringing a girl to your room at the Ticuan. But due to distance you can't just grab a SG or BG and say lets go back to my room.

I hope Sunday they handle business vs Netherlands so I can watch them play on 4th of July or 5th of July in mexico. If they get that far they will match the deepest they have ever been in the World Cup. It will be difficult but I sure hope it happens.

I still read the forum everyday, was surprised to see my name pop-up, and miss my weekend runs to Tijuana. As you said, my bank account loves me. I was spending $750-$1500 per month in Tijuana, and had a great time.

I doubt that anyone can really effect the corruption that has been going on for centuries. I would have never thought it would have reached me in the way it did. The sights, sounds, and smells of the Tijuana jail are still bouncing around my feeble mind.

For many who do not know of what happened to me, all I can say is be very careful with giving Novia status to a lady. I had not done that, but she thought in her mind that she loved me. A jealous woman, especially a Latina, can be a very dangerous thing.

I'm on my way to Medellin next week. I recently went to Bangkok, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. That being said, I still miss Tijuana.

A friend that I travel with may be coming to Tijuana in September. If he does I may show up. If I knew for sure that the lady was out of the Zona, it would make it much easier.

Mexico City (AP) The head of the once-mighty Tijuana-based Arellano Felix drug cartel was arrested at a home while watching the telecast of Mexico's soccer team playing in the World Cup, federal officials said Tuesday.

Federal police chief Monte Alejandro Rubido said Fernando Sanchez Arellano was detained in the border city of Tijuana on Monday and was expected to be brought to Mexico City sometime Tuesday.

Sanchez Arellano had $100,000 in cash when he was arrested, Rubido said, but gave no other details at a news briefing at which he didn't take questions.

Journalists were shown photographs of Sanchez Arellano in a green soccer jersey and with his cheeks painted with green, white and red, the colors of the Mexican flag.

But he couldn't celebrate Mexico's 3 -1 victory over Croatia because he was arrested by soldiers before the game ended, a federal official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to talk to the media.

Sanchez Arellano inherited leadership of the Arellano Felix cartel from his uncle, Javier Arellano Felix, who was arrested by the USA Coast Guard in international waters off Mexico's Baja California in 2006. The uncle later was sentenced in San Diego to 40 years in federal prison.

Within two years, a renegade lieutenant, Teodoro Garcia Simental, made a power play and set off a bloodbath that turned Tijuana into one of Mexico's most violent cities, plagued by daytime shootouts, beheadings and mutilated corpses hanging from freeway bridges.

Sanchez Arellano, known as "The Engineer," was badly weakened after his rival was arrested in 2010, which created an opening for the Sinaloa cartel to quietly gain control of Tijuana's underworld and its coveted smuggling corridor to San Diego. The Sinaloa cartel has made its mark in the area with cross-border drug tunnels, large-scale smuggling of methamphetamine at San Diego border crossings and marijuana-laden boats that motor up the Pacific coast to California.

In 2013, the USA Drug Enforcement Administration included Sanchez Arellano on a poster of the six most influential drug traffickers in that region but USA Authorities were more concerned about rising Sinaloa cartel lieutenants. Gary Hill, an assistant DEA special agent in charge in San Diego, said in an interview at the time that Sanchez Arellano was "almost like a ghost. ".

"As we see it, the Sinaloa cartel has the upper hand," Hill said.

Mexican authorities have tried several times to grab drug traffickers when they had their guard down while attending parties but it hasn't always worked.

In 2009, federal forces raided a party in the central state of Morelos attended by drug cartel leader Arturo Beltran Leyva, but he escaped. Marines cornered him days later at an apartment building in Cuernavaca, where he died in an hours-long shootout.

Rival drug traffickers also have taken advantage of parties to go after enemies. Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix, the eldest brother of the Tijuana clan, was killed last October by a gunman dressed as a clown at a party in the resort city of Los Cabos.

got to the zone aroud 830 last night. stopped in adelitas first. not very crowded. bar to the right full of chicas. quality was terrible, compared to my last visit. most girls thicker. very few hotties. few familar faces. hotties were all business. not real friendly. after an hr, decided it was time to check out hong kong. although it was not packed, better crowd and more girls than ab.

girls were by far better looking. all shapes and sizes. the shaving cream show was on, 3 girls. no cover. waiters were more laid back than before. less pushing, never asked to buy a drink when my hand was empty. so now the hunt for a good looking chica, with a good attitude. most of the ones i liked, were statues, or were "dollar", or "fucky sucky" as soon as you meet. didn't see many guys getting good service jn the booths either.

after a while, i'm approached by diana. 27,2 kids, blk hair, med build, cute face, friendly, little english. she was aggressive enough, that i thought shed be good in the room, but not a rush. i ask her to have a drink.

she takes me by the hand into miami. never been in before, and wasntnsure if this was going to cost me. we sit and she orders her drink. 8 dollars. she drank it med speed, and was allowing mutual touching and some lfk. her body was a little heavier than i first thought. her drjnk is done, and i have to decide what to do. another drink? room? continue my search? didn't have anything out there catching my eye, so wtf.

we head to the room. holding my hand the entire way. a little foreplay, off with the clothes, and a cbj. a little toothy, but ok. standing doggy, followed by mish finish. not a bad start, but hope for better next round.

It's official! Going to spend the weekend in La Zona. Should be getting there Saturday morning and staying till Monday morning. I'm so excited! Going to be spending most of my time at HK watching the partidos but will still be doing my rounds around the block. I'd love to have a drink with some of you guys.
