There is a group" VFW" telling those of us who go to Mexico to Boycott going to Mexico! Just because a Marine got lost with a car full of guns and ammo we should suffer because of his STUPIDITY. I know I am not going to be on the "friend" list with a bunch of you with this attitude, but FUCK that. The problem with America is the fuckin Guns and the Idiots who are not responsible or smart enough to have them. If a Mexican Military person did the same thing (guns and Ammo in the USA) they would of thrown his ass in jail as a terrorist! NO One is going to keep me from spending my money or travel to Mexico.
As for that Marine his car was not full of guns and ammo.
He had all his personal belongings with him including three firearms that are legally registered to him. He is new to the area and crossed the border by mistake which by they way happens more often then you know. That Marine had just came to SD for treatment of PTSD. This Marine that you call STUPID is Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi and is a decorated Marine, meritoriously promoted. He served his country in two tours in Afghanistan.
As for the Mexican Military they have crossed our border hundreds of times and while in uniform and have even pointed weapons at and taken shots at US Border patrol, other law enforcement and citizens but they are always allowed to go home without incident when captured.

Three guns to go to the store near the border and took a wrong turn. OPPS? This guy knows enough about foreign affairs not to make a mistake like this. The point is why should we not go to Mexico ( according to the VFW) to support a government enforcing their own laws. OK let him go, but boycotting travel is just insane.

I read someplace that the Mexican border agents were going to let him return after the guy explained the mistake but then some Mexican Military guy's showed up and decided to be an ass pull rank on the border guys and take the Marine to prison where they beat him and had left him chained to a bed naked by all 4's.

3rd and last night
Decided to go straight to hk, to avoid the girl I did thurs night. Quality of girls seemed down from thurs. After numerous walks around the place, decided to head to ab. Worst case, I repeat from thurs. Initial quality was nothing special. As the night went on, it picked up. Had drinks with 4 different girls. 2 middle of the roqd, but aggressive warmups. Third, was a young, med height, thin, great ass, in a peach baby doll. Thqt ass was soo nice, but we didn't sit. Stood at ghe bar. She scanned the room most of the drink. With all that, that ass was soo nice, I almost took her up. Thought with the big head, and passed.
En dedicated the night with a young, girl next door. Med height, white dress, knee highs, blond straight hair. Friendly, but had no idea what she was doing. She enjoyed her session. Mine was ok.
Yes you can park on the Southern side of the freeway but damn dude you need to walk over the overpass to get to the trolly / new entrance to Mexico, with your bum leg park in the lot behind the Jack in the Box and it still is a bit of a hike. I parked for two days there this past weekend and they now charge $7. 00 per 8 hours or $21.00 per 24 hours /1 day.
Have fun!
The Tall Man.
Thanks but $21 per 24 hours is insane, I think I wil still park on the south side is only $9 the last time I was there.
Someone here said I can grab a $3 taxi that would take me to the Mexico entrance on the other side. Are these regular yellowcab taxis from the US side? I don't remember ever seeing taxi that take you to to Mexico. Can they cross into Mexico?
Where do I look for these cabs in the US side I will be parking on the south side at the very end, that's where I always used to park and from here was a short walk into Mexico. Thanks in advance!

They roam back and forth between The San Ysidro Trolley Station and The Las Americas Shopping Plaza (next to the Ueta Lot).

It is not a bad walk over the walking bridge; done it several times.

When you walk the bridge to the trolley station and then cross into Mexico do you have to walk back again to grab a taxi on the other side by the McDonalds in the Mexican side?

Are these legal to use for public transportation in the US side?

If you park at Ueta, you will see the walking path bridge. Cross the bridge, and it will take you to basically Mac Donald's. From there you will find the entry walkway into Mexico. Whoever designed the new new entry was on drugs or fucking monkeys, or both.
Once in Mexico, another cluster fuck. You have to cross past the people leaving and through the forest to grandmothers house. You go up and over a another bridge to take a taxi wherever you want to go.

Enjoy the ride.

Since Mexico just got eliminated to Netherlands in the World Cup. Should we avoid Tijuana for a few days? I mean, sounds silly / crazy. But there was a shooting death after Mexico tied Brazil in the group games.

Its on the corner of Camino De La Plaza and Viginia Ave. Its Baja-Mex Insurance Services Inc. Not sure what hours they are but I think after 9 pm they close the lot. But its a great deal, you have to walk bit to the border but I could use the exercise.

I would also avoid the drive through window at Taco Bell in Fontana due to a shooting there once. And probably a good idea to stay out of the city of San Bernadino, they have been having a lot of shootings over there.
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!

BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!
I think you're completely missing the point.
You're talking about random places not even in Mexico (this forum section). Regardless if those places are generally high crime, it doesn't even speak to crime cause by events known to upset people in the area in which this forum's topic of discussion is relevant.
Nevermind. Probably too hard for you.
