Wandered round Suwon RLD recently, on a weekday afternoon. Lots of places were closed, as you'd expect at that time, but there were probably between 20 to 30 providers working.

So my searching around for some new and unreported playground finally paid off. I did a little research and a lot of walking and finally found a smallish pink light district in the Dongducheon area. Dongducheon has always been the most foreigner friendly red light district I've been to (588, Miari, Yongjugol). Most of their clientele are foreigners from either the Army base or third country nationals that work in the factories further north.
