Not sure your math is right, 99 USD per hour is about 2500 RUB (against 2000 RUB from intimspb direct). Maybe they just anticipate the continuing decline of the USD? ;)

Anyway, I don't think RusDosug is collecting commission. How would they? They give the direct phone number of intimspb and even gave a link to intimspb website, so you can contact intimspb directly. Price from salons are sometimes higher when quoted in USD. I was in St-Pete last week and called Domino and Sharm (salons with English speaking phone number). They all gave me a price in USD which is higher than what is mentionned on their website. Worse, just for joking, I asked "and in Euros?". Answer is "same amount as in USD".

In other salons I visited, they sometimes also gave me a price in USD when they saw that I'm a foreigner speaking broken Russian and, when I objected that it's not the price mentionned on the web, a few said: "that's old price, new price this month" :D, but most said "you can paid in roubles too", and don't see where is the problem.
