I think both are GF. Never had any problems with Cambodiana. Never heard about problems at Sunway but don't know first hand.
Can anyone confirm whether either of these hotels is girl friendly.
Thanks
Considering the prices your paying these girls I should tell you nothing. That is totally ridiculous money. You must be loaded if you think $90.00 is a good price in Cambodia!!!! For that kind of money why don't you just pay the doorman and front desk people off and order out? Try Japan, or Rio, those are now ruined for normal pricing.
Getting to the point, Cambodiana has its own girls (and they are perfect for you $100.00 bucks a pop) and because of its own fishbowl they do not allow girls to come in. Try the basement.
Bring it down a notch, (I guess I am projecting)
Cheers,
Hummer
Chaos Theory paid too much in Malaysia too. RM 300 is way too much for short time from Beach Club. He seems to be on a one man mission to ruin S.E. Asia.

Hummer
If you are on expenseses or can afford it why stay at the WA for $15 per night if you can stay at a comfortable hotel? Why drive a Morris Minor if you can have a Rolls Royce? Is it part of dogma her that we have to rought it?
I didn't have any problems at Cambodiana so manby I was just lucky.
Sorry never noticed the $40 per night line. That is a bit excessive but not miles away from what actually gets paid when the forum is cleaned out for bullshit. Most WA and Martini girls are trying pretty hard for $30 LT. The bar girls will try for a bit more. Should try not to pay that much, but what the H. If you have paid $1500 to get here, $90 per night for a hotel at the end of the day will you let $10 for a night spoil your fun?
Thanks for the info on the Cambodiana. Have booked Sunway.
As for prices I wouldn't normally respond but , not sure where $90 came from, not even I would pay that in Cambodia!

CT
Chaos,
I am not sure when is the last time you been to PP hotel price has double in about 8 yr , I stay at Cambodiana on my first trip to PP back in 2000 pay 48 usd for a standard room ,I think you can still get a decent room for about 20 usd place like flamingo or asia hotel but no swimming pool ,price has double for most thing in cambodia the last 10 yr good thing is they use US dollar so currency is not dropping like in most asia country for us americans.

Question: Am I allowed to bring in Cialis or Apcialis from Bangkok to Cambodia? Also, how about the reverse? Can I take it from Cambodia to BKK? Or must I buy it in the respective countries and only use it there?
Thanks, guys.

I assume if you have a "normal" amount with you, lets say 10 or 20 pills, then it should be fine.
In case you have 10,000 pills it's probably a different story :D
Cheers!
My last time in PP a couple of weeks ago, I walked down St 63 at about 11.30pm, curious to take a look. Each shop just waved me away though, saying No.
I headed to Martini next. About an hour later I was returning to my hotel on a motorbike taxi, along with a girl I'd met, riding up St 63, and now all the guys in front of the same shops were trying to wave me down to come in as we rode past.
What gives? Is it still possible to just walk up to those places and be served?
Anyone else go to any of these places recently? What's a good time of day to go?
One more question.... at Martini, I actually went there first at about 10pm, and there were plenty of girls there by that time. I hung out awhile and didn't notice many more coming in. Then I went back to check out St 63 (see above), but then returned to Martini -- it was still all the same girls. I think Martini closes at 3am... is there much of an influx later on in the night at any point, or is it pretty much what you see at 10pm is what you see all night?
We stayed at the sunway in December and had no problems taking girls back which we did most nights we were paying the girls on average 30 dollars but that was for both my wife and I.
In December sophies was buisness as usual so am suprised at some reports saying it is closed unless this has happened in the last couple of weeks.
We also found quite a few freelancers at heart of darkness but it doesnt start getting busy until 12pm.
Mikado martinis etc all buisness as usual.
We also saw girls working down at boung kack lake [probably wrong spelling ] but its directly behind the phnom penh hotel now this is a back packer area but there are some great bars right on the lake where you can sit and relax during the day and quite a few girls playing pool and obviously looking for daytime customers and we didn't see many back packers down there unless they were all out buying lentils or kramas.
We also went to a couple of Cambodian beer/karioki bars aparently the girls on stage singing are all available but I don't think europeans would stand much chance the place we saw the most beautiful girls all easily 10 or over was svensons ice cream parlour we didn't proposition any of them but if anybody has and succeeded please post a report.
And finally is it just us or is Thailand trying to put of as many tourists as possible starting at immigration where it now takes an hour to get through which is just what you need after a 12 hour flight.
The sooner international flights are going straight to phnom penh the better.

On one occation easily one hour! A pain in the arse if you are connecting on a point-to-point airline. My advise is to allow AT LEAST THREE HOURS before connecting if you have to re-check your luggage.
I don't know where you're from, Cam Bodia, but you can fly from LAX to Taipei, and then on to Phnom Penh using China Airlines. They only fly from Taipei to Phnom Penh twice a week, however.
