East China - Shanghai

I went there yesterday by #8 subway and got off at Siping Road station and today I went by taxi. It was not that difficult to find and within 5 minutes' walk and I was there. I have to agree that the roadwork has made the whole road a mess and if you come by taxi, the driver may have difficulty to find the right turn especially if you cannot communicate with him in Mandarin. Luckily I have no problem as I'm ethnic Chinese.

The place was not that busy when I visited yesterday. It was about 6pm and I was led to a waiting room and then had a shower. There were about a dozen girls for the line up and the quality was so so, mostly 6-7 in my view. I chose a petite girl called Lili and she told me she's been in Shanghai for only 2 months and she's from Harbin. I said that most girls from Harbin (NE of China) are taller than the average Chinese girls and she laughed. Anyway, the routine followed more or less the same as has been described here previously by one of our senior members. I asked Lili if she was aware that there had been raids by LE recently and she said that she heard of it but their shop is fine. Given the interior designs and decors in this establishment, I would imagine that the boss must have good connection otherwise he would be losing lots of money if his shop cannot open for business. I also noticed that less than 200 meteres away from Heting, there is a small local police station.

The session with your girl is about 70 minutes and you are not restricted to one shot if you can manage within the time. I found this place quite relaxing and after the deed, I went back to the rest room; watched TV and ordered some dinner. The menu was not as extensive as those in Macau but it suited me fine as I was not fuzzy about food. When I left the place about 9 pm, the bill was RMB 798 but the reception told me if you didn't need a receipt, it would only be RMB 698. I didn't need a receipt so RMB 698 was great.

I decided to go there again today as I had time to kill so rather than waiting at the airport, it's better to spend it with a girl in Heting. I arrived at noon and this time the line up was poor, only 5-6 girls and Lili was there too. So instead of choosing someone else, I had Lili again. She was happy and surprised to see as I told her that I might not be back to Shanghai for a while. The same service was provided and I had some lunch afterwards before I left for the Pudong Airport. The damage was RMB600 as I didn't need a receipt. They also ordered a taxi waiting for me downstairs, excellent service!!

I also found out in my hotel there is a massage/sauna service and the girls there do provide FS. It costed RMB 600 so in comparison, Heting is much better in my view.

I also went to Malone on Saturday night after Heting and it's a great place to have a drink and the Filipino band there was great. There were quite a number of WGs and most of them Filipinos. I was too tired at that time so after a few drinks, I left and went back to my hotel for a good night's sleep.

So I guess it is still OK to go to saunas like Heting after all but go to those with good connections.

Went to a place I never noticed before in Jing An area (maybe edge of Jing An and Pu Tuo)

Inside only about 3 girls. The one that was next in line took me upstairs and began the usual hands up the shirt nipple rub.

After reading about all the suana closures, I am happy I made the decision I did.

Have know a nice Filipino girl that I wrote about before. She had gone back home for a few months, and was thinking of coming back, but had to save up some money first. I was resigned to the fact that I'd have to go back to the hotel when this guy came up to me and started asking if I want massage/girls/sex. He said the price was 200 RMB. I told him I only have 70 RMB and can I get just a HJ for that price? He said no problem and told me to follow him.

We started walking along the main entertainment street and as long as we were on that one I felt safe, I expected him at any moment to turn to any of the many massage places on the street, but he just kept walking. Eventually I asked him how far away is this place and he said "very near". Bit after that he turned to a deserted side street and started walking along it.

I was having second thoughts by now but for some reason I turned and followed him. I kept looking around me to verify he didn't have accomplices gathering on me to rob me or worse.

Finally he turns and goes into the door of this sleazy establishment. I swallow my misgivings and follow him in, where I'm immediately escorted to a private room with a couch, table and TV. A selection of girls is brought out, I choose the one I want, she sits next to me and we begin chitchatting. Another girl asks me what I want to drink, I tell her I don't want anything to drink.

They find this very odd but I'm adamant that I don't want any drinks. She goes away. I proceed to explain to the girl I just want a HJ for 70 MB. She doesn't know how to deal with this.

The other girl comes back in with a huge plate full of fruits and drinks. I get up and angrily stop her from putting it down on the table, explaining I don't want any of it, I just want a HJ. She gets very angry but eventually leaves.

30 seconds later she re-emerges with drinks in her hands, once again, and this time she won't accept no for an answer, claiming it's a free drink for the girl only (yeah, right). I finally face up to the fact I've been scammed and walk out of the room into the front room of the place.

There's 4 people there including the guy who brought me to the place and another bigger dude. I start to explain "But I told this guy here I only want a HJ and that I only have 70 RMB..." before realizing it's pointless. They're starting to get confrontational now, demanding me to pay up (for what, one might wonder? I hadn't done anything there yet...) and as I explain I only have 70 RMB they start demanding credit cards etc. I take out my 70 RMB, slam them on the counter, tell them that's all I have, no credits cards, no nothing. One of the guys actually pats my pockets to verify this and notices my hotel room card key which is the size and shape of a credit card.

I take it out, wave it at them saying "see? see? It's only a hotel room card key!". At which point they start asking "which hotel? which room?". Now I'm really getting scared; having these people know where I'm staying would be a monumentally bad idea.

So I gather whatever courage I have left, point at the 70 RMB at the counter, say "That's all the money I have; I'm leaving now" and walk out the door, fully expecting for one of them to try to stop me. They don't. I rapidly walk back towards the main street, ready to start running the moment I notice anybody else coming out from the place, but nobody does.

I reach the main street safely and continue my rapid walking all the way back to my hotel. I only feel safe once I'm back in my room with the deadbolt stopping anyone from coming in.

In hindsight, I can't believe how stupid I was. I should've taken some time to do research on China (just reading this forum would've told me all I needed to know to avoid these kinds of problems), and even without that, I should've known better than to trust some random guy on the street and follow him to some out-of-the-way place.

On the other hand, I feel incredibly lucky to having escaped the situation with only the loss of 70 RMB. Much, much worse could've happened. I consider this a very cheap lesson that I'm sure I will never forget. It's so easy to get carried away by the thoughts of nubile young women about to be servicing your every need, if only you follow this nice gentleman here whose going to introduce you to them...The risk doesn't seem that high when you meet him, it's a bright street scene with hundreds of people around after all, what could go wrong?

somebody I know was caught in a "ktv" scam and he reported back to police. Police raided the place, but police also then received a video of the guy removing is filled up condom with the girl in the background, taken in the same establishment.
Something the police did not like much and that did not turn in favour of the victim. His company saved his ass, by flying him out of the country in 12 hrs, upon strong suggestion of the embassy.
He has been told not to show up again in China as police kept his records.
He has then been fired by his company for what he did.
Hard to tell the family home reasons why you have been flown back home and you lost your job!

Fortunately, most young Chinese kids don't actually know how to fight and I'm just ugly enough to intimadate 'em anyway. One guy chased after me and I held out a 100 RMB note - he stopped and I dropped it on the ground, turned and walked away, not bothering to look back.

So guys, saunas, KTV and bbs are dangerous. What about bring girls into hotel or motel rooms? Do you think police may riad also you in the privacy of your room? At the end of tha day you can alsways say that she is your friend and you rented the room to have some privacy.

I had an 18 hr layover last night, and with the weather and all decided not to venture out. Instead called a "Philly" I met in Manhattan a few month ago. she came to the hotel and I took her out to dinner and had a nice time.
Back to the room and it was okay, but not knock your socks off. She said she came twice, and was tired and wanted to service me in the morning. I "convinced" her that wasn't a good idea....but maybe it should have been.
We had an interesting conversation and she told me that things are really slow for her.....fewer clients and a LOT of new girls in town, because of visa problems getting into Hong Kong and Singapore.
Also in the FWIW section, she said that many of the Philly girls prefer to get paid in USD, because then they don't have to do a currency exchange to send the money home.
I might use this to get a better price...we will see.
BE back in town on Friday. I may give her another shot or head to Red Bean to hear the band and check out the new talent in the clubs next door!

I am glad you called a regular. It is definitely not safe in Shanghai at the moment. I called one of the mamasan at one of the massage joints I frequent and and she said most of the girls have either gone home, gone freelance or moving between joints so regularly. Therefore it is handy to keep some phone numbers handy on some of the more reliable servicers that I can call on. It is much safer as I can call them up, take them out to dinner, get to know them a bit better and have a good laugh and end up with some fantastic sex with bit of GFE. The beauty of it is that hotels seems to be much safer nowadays as you know the girl can spend the whole night with you without getting caught. I am definitely calling one of my regulars again when I head up there next week.
