The news / guns / Mexico / connection
I think you're completely missing the point.
You're talking about random places not even in Mexico (this forum section). Regardless if those places are generally high crime, it doesn't even speak to crime cause by events known to upset people in the area in which this forum's topic of discussion is relevant.
Nevermind. Probably too hard for you.
Ok here we go. Good old liberal ME. Guns and Mexico. Guns in the USA. The Marine who is in jail would not be there if he did not have guns. He is a big strapping guy. Why would he need guns for "protection" for "self defense" traveling near Mexico? In San Diego Bay an 12 year old boy scout on camping trip tonight killed himself (possibly with his father's gun-who brought it from Las Vegas) (no doubt for protection in the "LAWLESS" western town of San Diego) I may be out of line here but WHAT the fuck is going on? It is not the world cup / It is THE CRAZY WORLD we live in!
Unusually low airfare Tijuana to Rio de Janeiro, specific dates, only 2 tickets left.
I was looking up a bunch of one way flights so I could make a 6-8 week trip to several countries to include North, Central and South America, and probably some Caribbean Islands.
I found a really low airfare flying round-trip from Tijuana (TIJ) to Rio De Janeiro, with airport code GIG used, RIO might work.
On only specific dates a round-trip could be booked on KAYAK for $428, on ONETRAVEL $377.
Leave Tijuana 27 August to Rio, return date 8 September.
Only 2 tickets available. I went through the steps to book it and it let me do all the way to book it, but I didn't buy it.
I didn't want to commit myself that far ahead.
Someone else here might think about flying from Tijuana to Rio de Janeiro. A short hop over the border and to the airport should not be so bad.
The price is ridiculously low.
Only two tickets, so it will surely be gone soon, or when someone thinks about booking it, the tickets disappear while someone else is in the plans of buying.
You would have to be quick. And no the are no long layovers anywhere, just a few hour layover in Mexico City for this airfare.
Be quick, and good luck.
Traditions / Lighten things up
OK I am not a complete asshole. I can appreciate traditions, even in Mexico. Last week I was in Cascada (as usual) and I noticed one of our (chino / I think) mongers who left his shoes outside of the door / room. I did not see any hooker heels next to them though!
