Just booked a solo trip, my first, to the zona. Going to head down Aug 12-14. Flying into san diego and going to take the trolley for the first time as well. Excited for a few hot summer nights!

But in the past people always seem to come on here after something is in the news regarding Mexico and express there fears. Headless bodies hanging from a bridge, police die in shootout, etc. Etc. Yes I know people who would not step foot in Mexico because of what they hear on the news. And what does that mean ?. GSR will be the first to tell you it means more pussy for those of us who are willing to make the trip.

Now to get back to the POINT. Random acts of violence occur everywhere, especially in a large city. My guess would be the only difference you would have seen if you were there after the game would be that there were more people walking around under the influence at 11 am Than normal. But by today it will be business as usual.

They say that on Super Bowl Sunday in the USA There is a huge increase in domestic violence. So according to the logic you are trying to establish it would probably be safer if all wives left the house and went into hiding on that day. So to get back to the POINT I guarantee you will be safer if you stay home and lock the door. But you won't have much fun.

So as you stated in your original post the question is probably silly / crazy.

I was looking up a bunch of one way flights so I could make a 6-8 week trip to several countries to include North, Central and South America, and probably some Caribbean Islands.

I found a really low airfare flying round-trip from Tijuana (TIJ) to Rio De Janeiro, with airport code GIG used, RIO might work.

On only specific dates a round-trip could be booked on KAYAK for $428, on ONETRAVEL $377.

Leave Tijuana 27 August to Rio, return date 8 September.

Only 2 tickets available. I went through the steps to book it and it let me do all the way to book it, but I didn't buy it.

I didn't want to commit myself that far ahead.

Someone else here might think about flying from Tijuana to Rio de Janeiro. A short hop over the border and to the airport should not be so bad.

The price is ridiculously low.

Only two tickets, so it will surely be gone soon, or when someone thinks about booking it, the tickets disappear while someone else is in the plans of buying.

You would have to be quick. And no the are no long layovers anywhere, just a few hour layover in Mexico City for this airfare.

Actually, just because I'm an anal retentive pedantic, I had to point out that the reports of more domestic violence during Super Bowl is a ton of feminist horseshit. Some dyke made it up and the news media ran with it. There is no statistically significant increase in domestic violence during Super Bowl Sunday.

OK I am not a complete asshole. I can appreciate traditions, even in Mexico. Last week I was in Cascada (as usual) and I noticed one of our (chino / I think) mongers who left his shoes outside of the door / room. I did not see any hooker heels next to them though!

Has anyone here ever stayed in the master suite at Cascadas? It goes for $100/ night. It looks pretty sweet with the stripper pole, sex-chair, and jacuzzi. Apparantly there is also a fridge and the room. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with one of these. It would be great if the girls were into it and would give a little private show on the pole or bang on the sex chair / jacuzzi. I typically get a master suite at Ticuan and a reg room at Cascadas but thinkng I might switch that around this time. Got to have a room at both, can't sleep at Cascadas with that fucking mariachi band.
