In KL, I recommend Skyriver Spa (lots of 7+ and variety of nationalities). Pay 218 MR for about 45 minutes ($50), and I have had many good girls and only a couple of bad. Avoid the Chinese, do sample Laos.

Beach bar is OK but expect girls to literally hang-on to you. Be direct with them if you are not interested! Good variety and quality but hit / miss service. Don't pay what they ask as they will always negotiate. Best to go early evening for the best lookers or later for the better price.

Avoid pick-ups off the streets or in the main bar-strip. Personally, I didn't like the Vet bar opposite Beach bar.

Korea / Japan, the perception remains that US manufacturers suck. Go to China and they think Buick is one notch below the Germans. And for the record, I have not seen people targeting foreign cars. But I have seen a guy key a car and then get his ass kicked.
