Thanks for the good advice I got from HarvestBoi, ABG, and Rovnak. Re the peck on the cheek at TG. I believe that is just a consequence of the "staggered" presentation flow. Patrons sit in the salon and the girls who are free come in and peck everyone they have not already pecked that day. As girls free up they will come out and do the same. The result is a semi chaotic looking presentation that you observed. It appears chaotic but there is an underlying order. Sort of like all Brazil.

My Casarao girl Carolina — who is clearly Scandalo quality — said she prefers going a couple times at Casarao rather than whale fishing at Scandalo. So it's not about the girls per se (though you have to troll less at some venues vs others).
