Attitude and service is good but you need to talk about FS extra with girl I think this is something like 5000 gave her 10000 anyhow. Slightly annoying but no big deal if you take it as the system. I advise to clear it at the moment you pay (not on the phone) , on Tokyonights they advertise AF but really they do not have it. There is probably a chance interacting with the girls (YMMV) and this may be the one item you do not want to clear upfront as this is less standard but later in the meeting. I tried to order on the phone but they did not have anybody. Talking with the girl is probably best for all extras, some of the extras listed are really no extras.
Sakura-deli is new to Gaijin business, so for a little while your chance to be the first Gaijin customer (or even experience) of the girl is high (this is what happened).

Report: Korean Este (Massage) in Okachimachi. Himawari
It's been quite a while since I mongered in Tokyo. Not really done too much since Sarane's closed down last year, much to the disappointment of many on this board I think. But I decided to try and find a worthy replacement and heard about a place called 'Himawari' (&12402; &12414; &12431; &12426. In Okachimachi. Visited there this afternoon (Sunday 1st July) at around 4 PM. Later I managed to find their website too:

It is a short walk from the North exit of Okachimachi station, on the JR Yamanote Line. Actually there is another Korean massage place called 'Tomato' (&12488; &12510; &12488. Also in the same building. The building is just before a gold equipment shop, and opposite a Pronto cafe if memory serves me correct. The location is here, on the map on the 'Tomato' website:

The website for 'Himawari' asks for customers to call from the station. However I just rocked up and went up to the 4th floor of the building. I explained to the guy at the front that I can speak Japanese quite fluently, but frankly speaking he didn't seem to care much. Basically the place seems to be fully Gaijin friendly (I am British, of Indian background) and they would be fine with anyone speaking very basic Japanese I think.
He asked me to take a seat in a small waiting room. I paid up 10k for a 50 minute course. The site says that the cost is 11k, with 1k taken off if you mention that you saw the website. Actually I didn't even mention about the site, but he still only asked me for 10k.
After a few minutes waiting, he said the girl was ready. The massage rooms are right next to the waiting area, the usual Korean este style tiny cubicles. They are definitely rooms, with sturdy partitions walls and a door, but the tops of the partitions are just closed with some sheets, so can hear what is happening with the customers next door. The girl selected for me immediately spoke in excellent English, and I was pleasantly surprised by her assets. She announced herself as Rie, who is in her late 20s and from Seoul originally.
