Sometimes the two are correlated but there could be other variables that could play in, like performance or supply relative to demand, for instance.

It all goes to what I'm seeing in the "New sosua", no GFE. Costa Rica is Unionized and the girls look down on girls that under cut the price structure. How long before Sosua becomes this? First time I tried the blue pill was in the D. R this last trip (I was concerned about over usage and thought these may compensate) and while I presume it supplied the blood to the needed place, it did nothing to work on the blood flow in the brain which is what triggers I believe, my bio-chemistry and physiology is rather poor, the climax. So we chatted for awhile and the psychological intimacy made it work.

Here is my personal thought: just because a woman is doing it for the money makes her no different.she is just as human as anyone else. For me, if there is chemistry, it works a lot better whether I am paying or not. It does not typically happen with them the first time. I would consider the payment made to be more of an equalization payment than a service fee.

What I mean is this. Even at the age of 60, I can still get some women to sleep with me voluntarily without exchange of money other than normal dating expenses. However, I may want to sleep with women whom I find more desirable than those who will volunteer to sleep with me to meet their own sexual needs. Therefore there has to be a payment to level out the differential in youth and beauty.

However, once this is understood and we are behind closed doors, then I don't find the dynamics or practice of the sexual relationship to be any different from a non paid sexual relationship. Whether I would perform oral sex on the woman or not would just depend on how I felt about the idea at the time, and not on any theoretical argument about who owes an orgasm to whom. Also I find that if a woman is highly sexually aroused, then that is also very arousing for me, so the two things are not necessary mutually exclusive in my case, though perhaps this may not apply for others.

To me the great thing about the Dominican Republic has always been that it has given me the opportunity to have sex with women who are basically regular decent women who are not drug addicts or alcoholics, but who have sex with tourists for adventure, for fun, for money, for the dream of getting a plane ticket to somewhere else. Sometimes I have probably overindulged, but, hey, we live and learn.

I'm not sure what they charge at places like Passions or Illusions in Santiago or some of the high-end places in SDQ, but it does seem like there are places outside of Sosua that charge higher prices. Seeing the change in the "New Sosua" I think it is possible at some point in the future. As you pointed out, we've already seen a shift away from GFE and a move to a more business like mentality, something many folks would have not envisioned 6 years ago.
