Cartagena report
Brief report:
1. Cartagena has much less day time options than other cities in Colombia. This lead me to investigating whether or not clocktower girls are willing to spend the day with you. Now, I am a lonely guy irl and I very much so enjoy the company of a woman for the entire day. I invited 50 clocktower girls to lunch and spend the whole day together without sex, approx 25 of them agreed; just pay for the taxi and you have someone to talk to and hang out with for the whole day. Now, as for the sex part many of these girls would gladly spend the entire day with you with sex included for 100 k - 150 k, obviously you would need to negotiate down to 100 k. Most of the clocktower girls do nothing during the day, or take care of their kids, etc; essentially they have the daytime free and would be fine with making money during a time they don't. At night time, especially the venezuelans, can be negotated down to 100 k, maybe lower; I didn't try to negotiate lower than that but it's theoretically possible. Colombians are disliking the venezuelans pushing down the pricepoint at the clocktower. Also many of the clocktower girls do not work at night, but instead just stand there for several hours. They get bored doing this, so talk to them and negotiate for longer times, etc; many would be happy to get any work at all and several are beautiful girls that haven't worked in a week or more.
2. Now some economics, I think the cheapest place to find sex in Cartagena is mileroticos and online in general, with deals as low as 60 - 70 k to be found. I had a venezuelan for 100 k / HR off photoprepagos, negotiated down from 150 k. I found it interesting to see how they live, as she operates out of the apartment she lives in. 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartment in the wall rents for 600 k / month; she shares it with 3 other venezuelans, each sleeping on bunk beds, and with her fucking her clients on a sofabed in the living room. So to put it into perspective if she charges 150 k / HR, that 150 k will pay for her share of the rent for the month. She also hadn't worked in 4 days, so I was able to negotiate down; again same applies negotiate down because a lot of these girls are not working.
3. For those interested in brothels. Idk if listed on the map but there is a casa de citas in the south of Manga (I could be wrong, possibly slightly south of Manga) called LOS Angeles. Charges 150 k / HR - 250 k / HR. I don't know the exact address but local taxi drivers should know.

Airbnb
Does anyone have any knowledge of this property? Good location?

I've been confused by some airbnb listings as they will say something like "no prostitution laws must be followed" but isn't prostitution legal in Colombia? This particular renter said that guests are allowed but can't stay overnight so I'm assuming that's OK.

I am never pressed to fuck a particular girl. And my thinking is always that she needs money more than I need pussy, so I always negotiate. A lot of guys tend to say it ruins the mood to negotiate, but I am like what mood? She is a hooker. But I guess they mean their fantasy or something.

That must be my fantasy or something, LOL again.
Sometimes I think you make this stuff up, LOL again.
Happy Holidays. ⛄️

Also that location is shit for mongering.

It's not that earth shattering.

Taking taxis both ways deeper into CTG may easily cost 50 K COP, just a note. Colombia banned Uber yesterday BTW.

It says No guests are allowed unless they are registered on reservation and no prostitution. They will prob kick you out if you violate this. Plus I have never seen a host put a limit on a / see use. If you go over 10 hours of a / see a day, they charge you $20. Pretty ridiculous. It get damn hot there and you need a / see a lot more than 10 hours a day. Do they expect you turn off a / see at night while you sleep to conserve and avoid the surcharge? I have seen a few AIr rentals there that appear to allow 'guests' but you need to read the house rules carefully to be sure. Also, sometimes these places have security looking to make an extra buck by enforcing non existent rules.

Confused Why?
If you owned a house or apartment how would you like it to have guys bringing prostitutes over very night?
Actually that is what happened in my neighbor. All the neighbors in the Apartment complex have moved out.

You only need to ask them (you can message them). Be upfront because they will kick you out if you don't follow the rules. I started with airbnb and booking dot com but quickly got to know the real estate companies that run these rentals and now just reach out directly. They're 100% fine with me bringing chicas over.
The security in the building even give me reviews. This one time, when I was registering one chica, one of the security guards by the door kept coughing. When I looked over he gave me a thumbs up. Hilarious.
There are buildings in Bocagrande and Laguito that are practically brothels. Revolving door of chicas going in and out. Sometimes you even find chicas in the lobby staring you down because they're looking for extra work while they wait for their ride.

I should have also specified we are looking for more of a whole unit / home / townhome type of rental, so I'm thinking as it would likely be in America, once I have the keys to a private house, how do they know who goes in and out? I suppose if there's some security guard I could understand.

I'm sure you hit a nerve with a "few".

Everyone has to sign in and show ID. It's for your protection. This is why its less likely to get robbed in Cartagena by a chica. Unless her ID is fake they have her information. Additionally it's an age check.
When I went to Medellin I rented an apartment in a building with no security guards. A year later I read about a murder there in one of the apartments.
