In order for this to happen, and happen soon, you should have already tipped the manager properly. 100 UAH seems to do the trick. The 2nd thing that could have increased your chances of a score, is to ask the manager you tipped about any girl of interest and whether she is dancer only or does she go out with customers. He can usually tell you, if she's been there a while, and you can save yourself from private dances with girls who don't go out with customers, and the manager could have pointed you toward girls who do go out for you to consider. Unless the hunting is done on Khreshchatik or in the immediate vicinity, success in this endeavor will be close to zero unless you can converse in at least intermediate Russian.
