The resolution recommends that Amnesty International develop a policy that supports the full decriminalization of all aspects of consensual sex work. The policy will also call on states to ensure that sex workers enjoy full and equal legal protection from exploitation, trafficking and violence. After searching for the best roaming and 4 G / LTE coverage in the countries I travel, I decided on Asus ZenFone 2 ZE550 ML / ZE551 ML phone. Mine is a ZE551 model but only the differences on them are memory size and small processor speed. So, even the most basic model will work like a champ.
Apparently ASUS did not put any restrictions on the modem and regardless of the GSM based carrier, this phone will do 4 G / LTE /3 G without any problems. In USA, it will work on AT&T and Tmobile also. Which already tested.
You can find this phone around $190-300 based on location and specs. It uses an Intel Atom processor. They do sell it in Manila / Cebu / BKK. I purchased mine in Taipei and it was $217.
I am staying in Quest Hotel in Cebu. I switch hotels due to Asean Trade Ministers conference. However, Quest Hotel is blocking ISG access along with other websites. They are using gateway base SONOS software to blacklist most of the sites. So, I had to setup a VPN account to get around of it. Right now I am accessing form Quest via VPN. So, you may need to setup a VPN account from one of the vendors.

I use Witopia at times and a host of other freebies and all work well in places where many sites are blocked (eg Middle East).

Finding a house to rent at a monthly rate in the Philippines (online) is proving to be challenging. I'm looking for at least a three bedroom house in Tagaytay, willing to pay up to $1,500/ month if it's nice. But most of the nicer homes are crazy expensive. Saw one going for just under $6,000. Are people actually paying that? I thought this was a 3rd world country. Are the prices online just inflated for rich tourists? Would it be a better idea to just go there first and have a friend help me find a place?
Some travel website claimed nice villas in that city could be rented for around $600/ month.

Get a Filipino to inquire and I am sure the prices will be half of that.
The highest rental, I know from friends who stayed, was in Makati Shangri La-St Francis, that was going for 3 K, and for Tagaytay, should be lower.

Many well to do Filipinos from Manila use the area as a weekend getaway. There is a lot of money circulating around so prices are high. Did you try Airbnb? They show 450 properties available!
There is almost no activity in the Cebu forums due to their location. I think it is time to reconnect Cebu and Philippines forums for a better usage. If Admin following this board, I hope he or she may need to reconsider.

I remember few years back so called "board gurus" came with a separation idea and since than Cebu forum are struggling. If you don't believe me look at the stats. Second. Cebu has about same type of mongering action as Manila that is if your seeking so call "good girls. " The bar scene is scattered and expensive in some parts.

If the usage is down it is a reflection of these not visiting Cebu and / or the country. I play a lot in Cebu but don't post as can be same same but those that know me well also know I share well.
Everyone can see where the thread is (some don't as they can't be bothered to RTFF) and in the past t was too messy. If Cebu was moved back fine but then the mess would again happen.
There is no hostile environment IMHO its an increasing number of manager class posters o the Philippines who ask inane questions that a simple RTFF would solve. No one is very aggressive unless you count those who flame etc (eg Tar Heel aka Cali Pro and what say is also Medellin Kuya, Dashing Don is another). Their FRs can be sharp and can be aggressive when they are called out.
But hostile no IMHO, just pointing out the obvious as Westie and I and others have done recently (me also on other forums I contribute to). Some are way to sensitive ad like to give but don't like to take the flak if and when it comes.
