The In Crowd
dobie gray "the in crowd": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oowo--z1s8a
excerpts from a speech, beware the in crowd: "diversity makes us wiser, kinder, and higher-performing. by contrast, cookie-cutter cliques that think and act alike have proven time and again—to be less-than-bright, less-than-nice, and less-than-productive. at any age, it's natural to spend time with people with whom we find connections and common ground. that's fine and good and provides a source of fun and ease. but when common ground becomes a closed clique, it gives rise to a culture of exclusion. in crowds foster a culture of exclusion – and, in the best case, this limits thoughtful debate and positive action – and in the worst case, it leads to aggressive bullying and mob behavior.": http://www.boozallen.com/insights/insight-detail/beware-the-in-crowd-shrader-speech
The Licey Tigers use Colombian girls for cheerleaders.
I think he was saying that they are imported to cheer: not that they live there.
OK. You seem to be saying that they fly them in before every game and fly them home after every game (seems expensive). Seems to me they would live in the Dominican Republic, while they are working in the DR.
Which of the cheerleaders in the video can you confirm is Colombiana?
BTW, I have met Colombians in Santo Domingo who live there full time.

"Licey Cheerleaders imported from Columbia"
They spelled Colombia wrong.
Also, if you read the comments made on the video, there are people who have also said (in spanish) that the girls in the video are not Dominican.

Which are Colombians and which are Dominicans, you can't say for sure.
And the attractive women in the stands, are they also only Colombian? Are the only attractive women in the Dominican Republic the ones that have been "imported" from Colombia?

You can see bunches of them live on webcam on sites like www.livejasmin.com And www.streamate.com/. For a price they will go into a private video show and do different things.
If you like Colombians enjoy and have fun.
Which are Colombians and which are Dominicans, you can't say for sure.
My guess is about as good as yours. But the owner of the video seems to know more than both of us put together. We should email and ask him.

Could you point out which one specifically?

Assuming every attractive cheerleader in the DR is from Colombia, it would say something that some Hot Colombianas who are cheerleaders in the DR, would prefer to live in the DR. I said Assuming (assumption, its like imagining something is fact). Of course I presumed Colombian cheerleaders in the DR would live in the DR and not fly back and forth to Colombia, before and after every baseball game.
Maybe I'll re-post photos a few Colombianas I met, who were living in Santo Domingo.
Maybe one day you will visit Santo Domingo and you can see for yourself whether you like it not.

The one in the middle shakes her ass good, she could be Colombian, Dominican, Puerto Rican, Venezuelan or something else. The one to her right looks Colombian. The blonde to the left maybe Colombian. The one in the middle would be my favorite.

Tickets for some seats cost around 100 pesos ($2.50US), I really don't think they are flying these chicas back and forth between Colombia and Dominican Republic.

It is common knowledge in the professional baseball circuit in the DR that the Licey Tigres hire girls from a modeling agency in Colombia to be cheerleaders for the team. The girls are brought in for the duration of the Dominican League baseball season, they don't live in the DR full time.

Are all the cheerleaders in the video you posted Colombian?
Very nice of the Dominicans to hire Colombians. Seems some Colombians make a better living in the DR and voluntarily live there for some period of time.
Thanks.

Streets
might be interesting for some people to have an idea what some different streets look like, prior to going. having an idea what a place looks like before traveling there, can sometimes remove some trepidation. photos on page 13; http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=802680&page=13; floating bridge (flotante) which you take to go avenida espana when heading east (direction of the airport) and to the malecon when heading west; avenida george washington (el malecon); avenida winston churchill; el conde pedestrian lane in zona colonial; avenida martin luther king and a nissan dealer on avenida lincoln.
there are other much bigger bridges just north of the floating bridge including the the juan bosch bridge.
