Its generally sporadic these days. A few things could be happening 1. Upon application the Soapies desperate for cash are referring these ultra hot girls directly to rich Thai, Japanese, or Chinese business guys willing to pay huge finder fees. 2. or they are being kept as private stock by the Soapy only for select clientele. 3, its just following the larger mega trend where ultra hot Thai women have better non P4P options in life w/o being penalized in financial terms. Yes, some will slip through but they just not commonly being presented, or at least not to walk-in clients.
This is true of the Ratchada (Huai Kwang Station) clubs including The Lord, Colonze 4, Emmanuelle, Poseiden and Alaina and (New Petchburi Station) La Belle. Now Nataree which is also a Huai Kwang based soapy has a large amount of sideliners and the reason they are doing good business while the others fight for customers is that they consistently have cute girls and borderline stunners, most at reasonable prices
One can easily walk between the major Soapies near and around Huai Kwang, and drop in and in a matter of a few hours check out the inventories any night. Girls mostly arrive after 5 pm, with Fri and Saturdays usually better, but business off due to the protests. Getting to Huai Kwang use to be very simple, now takes a bit longer because of the mess at Soi 21

Entering the Sukhumvit subway stop by definition generally requires being in close proximity to the protest site. In fact that's why the PDRC selected key intersections.
In non rush hour times the pass thru can still be done quickly quickly, but the intersection of Soi 21 and Sukhumvit has been an encampment and protest site and has been clogged up since Feb 12th, and while the odds are low, the recent deaths near the SIAM shopping area (a few miles west on Sukhmvit) prove that even those not involved in the protest (example shoppers) can be randomly killed merely by being near such sites.
So what used to be simple is now a bit more complicated.

The best solution (as I figured it out) that would help for all times would be to get the BTS to Mo Chit and then walk to MRT Chatuchak Park (2 min. I guess) and then take the MRT from Chatuchak Park to MRT Huay Kwuang. I know it takes much longer than 15 min. Like 40 min or so but it's much safer.
I absolutely adore the BTS website. It gives you times, price and it's just so easy to figure out.

On a side note Dancer #31 at Rainbow 4, who seems as far I can tell to have disappeared from the scene, has a very strong resemblance to Miss China 2011, so much so (especially in facial terms) that someone unfamiliar with her could easily pick her out on stage merely after being shown a photo of Miss China. In regard to the issue that female beauty is really subjective, that is a myth, There are perhaps 10 to 20% of males that like "thick" or "phat" or stubby legs with avg face but with giant tits or whatever other thing turns them on, but they are in a distinct minority, and with 70 to 80% of males they know exactly what a smoking hot (9 level)"stunner" looks. The criteria are well known and easily predicted, and when a woman has such attributes, the vast majority of males will define her as gorgeous. There is no big mystery and this also crosses most cultures, so were' talking a global standard for beauty that is near universal.
