I wasn't commenting on my own ability to perform the test or interpret the results, I was saying that I don't really trust all products being sold over the internet, and that seems extremely reasonable to me. Laws vary from place to place. I know that if I get a drug from a pharmacy in the USA, that drug has been tested and approved by the FDA and I'm actually getting what is marked on the package. On the other hand, if I buy an unmarked white pill in a tin foil wrapper from some Nigerian standing on a Hanoi street corner, well, who knows what the fuck that's going to be? Internet pharmacies I would place somewhere in the middle of these two extremes. I would just like to know that the products are tested, legit, and coming from trusted sources. As opposed to products that don't work or do what they say they do, packaged and sold to suckers. If you believe that the latter does not exist then you are much more naive then you were implying I am. And BTW would you like to buy some coral calcium? It can cure cancer. I can also hook you up with a belt that shocks you that will give you ripped abs in just a few weeks!

I am one of those people who is fine with taking pretty big risks in life. I do it all the time. But I'm not reckless for the sake of being reckless. If I could find a cheap and easy test that could reliably check for HIV (which is uncurable, if you didn't know) , why not use it? It would make my barebacking ways much less dangerous in the long run, even if so far I have been lucky.

A healthy glans (one that is protected by foreskin) is very moist and supple and also very permeable to certain types of microscopic things. The glans on a cut penis is most of the time going to be dry and calloused like most of the rest of the skin covering your body, and thus less susceptible to permeation by viruses. Of course, being circumcised does not make you immune. There's still a chance the virus will get through the glans, or enter through a cut or tear in the penis, or an abrasion or thinning of the skin if you have been masturbating or having sex a lot, or even through the urethra which is the same point of entry favored by chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Anyway. Be safe. Or not. But circumcision doesn't stop HIV. If it did, there would be no AIDS in the USA. In the 1980s when the epidemic began almost everyone there was circumcised.

Here is an article that talks about the rate of treatment failure (in the United States). It has gone up from 0.1% to 0.3%. The protocol in that case is given in the article. They are saying that they think minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is higher, so they recommended doubling the dosage in case of failure.

I have utilized brokers in the past that I found on Alibaba and Made In China (same brokers on both sites). These come and go. You better just do a search there. I just bought a bunch and then checked (Googled) if they are used somewhere else. Some "reliable" place. I could not track if all tests where used, but many. For example the saliva HIV test I got from one broker, seems to be used widely. I have the tests in Asia and can not check the brand now. In addition I found no evidence in my search, that indicated that there are any factories producing false tests. These factories you will trade with, are named and you can ask them to where they sell. So in my opinion they differ a lot from Nigerian lottery emails.

Hope this can bee of any help, even if I do not point exactly to where and hat to buy.

It's quite contagious. It's very widespread. You have it for life. Condoms offer no real protection from it.

When you see that around 1 in 3-4 Americans has genital herpes. People that on average probably have much less than 30 partners in their lifetime. Then what does that say about how many hookers are infected, given that they fuck hundreds or thousands of dudes? It should be a very high percentage.

And my point was. If you are circumcised AND use a condom. You're pretty bulletproof. Nothing is 100%. Lightning does strike some people.

I have used both the old plastic FC1 and the new nitrile FC2. The old plastic FC1 was terrible when used as directed. The new FC2 is not bad when used as a female condom. The inner ring holds it in place and you do get the friction that is missing with the male condom. It helps to add some lube since there isn't much provided. I also tried removing the inner ring and wearing it as a male condom. I slid the ring over the outside of the condom and down to the base of the penis to hold it in place. That didn't work at all. I couldn't feel anything, since the material is much thicker than a male condom. Having the woman insert it as directed gives the best results, better sensation for the man than wearing a male condom. The problem for STD control is that the woman has to touch her genitals when inserting it. If she has an STD it can be transferred to the condom in a place where the penis will come in contact. I haven't tried removing the inner ring and wearing it loosly as a male condom. That would be a safer way to insert it for STD purposes and might provide enough friction to give good sensation, but I wonder if it will stay in place.
