LuvMutt is on ignore
Elvis,
LuvMutt does not contribute good, helpful info for the bros, only inundates the forum with stupid, useless posts with drivels, attacks and false accusations against the bros on meaningless issues, to puff his loser's self up, annoying readers and wasting bandwidth. I put him on ignore so I don't have to see his stupid posts.
This guy should be banned from the forum.

I'm seriously at this point trying to add EVERY single poster involved with bickering to my ignore list, whether they otherwise post good content or not. Just tired of having to wade through the BS on this site. This stuff really isn't that serious. Also, what are some good forums others would recommend that focus on mongering in Tijuana (please PM)?

To ignore
BrotherMouzone,
Click on the poster name, it should open up the option to ignore.
I am also annoyed of having to read all these bickering over petty, meaningless issues.
Interesting how you have these anonymous sources. I can only imagine who they are. Probably the same losers you have quoted in the past. If You hang out with and quote losers, it makes you an even bigger loser. We are living the dream you, are just complaining like a little girl.
You keep talking yet my simple challenge goes unanswered. You keep avoiding it because your lie will be exposed: you've posted squat for Tijuana trip reports yet continue to say I haven't. Accept the challenge chica and don't let facts get in the way.

Does anyone have experience with auto upholstery shops in Tijuana? Costs to recover seats, quality, worth it?
Does anyone have experience with auto upholstery shops in Tijuana? Costs to recover seats, quality, worth it?
I do not but I have a potential source. I love menudo and Menuderia Jalisco (short walk from Hotel Ticuan) makes some of the best. The owner once told me Tijuana has great auto upholstery services at a fraction of the price you'd pay in the States. It's a longshot but head in there sometime and ask to speak with the owner. As a local business owner, the dude literally knew everything you'd ever want to know about Tijuana. He's fluent in English too.
Does anyone have experience with auto upholstery shops in Tijuana? Costs to recover seats, quality, worth it?
If you down Calle Tercera (3) down from Avenida Revolucion and head East towards Madero, Negrete, Ocampo Etc. You will see several places that do the work. Your best bet is to go around and talk to people to get an idea of what they do and prices.
You also may want to look at leather shops who do custom work. ATOYAC on Calle 3 between Revo and Madero does leather seats for instance. No idea about price. You can find them on Facebook.
Does anyone have experience with auto upholstery shops in Tijuana? Costs to recover seats, quality, worth it?
I bought my kit online at bestleatherkits then took it and my seats to a local furniture upholstery shop in my city for cheap. Well I would not exactly say leather is cheap, but it was cheaper than a shop would have charged because they of course have to make money off the material as well.

Auto Seat repairs
I had some tear on the black leather seat. Could not find any shop in Socal that would do repair.
Brought the car to an upholstery shop in Tijuana. The guy took the leather cover off the seat, sewn in 2 new patches of matching leather, charged me only $10. It looks perfect. It was about 2 hour work, so may have costed $200 in CA, if you can even find a shop that would do it.
There are lots of auto upholstery shops off Calle 3, corner O'Campo and Negrete. Deal with them.

IMHO, Tijuana has the most of these businesses in the following order. I think it is difficult to find a bad one because the competition is to tough. The bad ones tend to get weed out. Most are tied to the USA in one form or another. Hell, even the apartment rentals on Tijuana Craigslist list their rent in USA dollars instead of pesos.
1. restaurants.
2. pharmacies and OXXO.
3. dentists.
4. auto.
5. night clubs.
