There are numerous massage parlours in Riga where you can find some eye-candy girls but they won't give sex. Price averages 60EUR per hour. That is for massage and Handjob.

Well I agreed with Abagneil, I enjoyed my time at the Radisson Hotel " Lavtvia". There are four Radission hotels in Riga. The Lavtvia lobby bar had 5-7 girls on Friday and Saturday. The price was from 200 to 500 eu. The Radission Hotel Latvia (Sky-line bar 26th floor) has a lot of local girls dress to kill. I think it closes at 3 am and then you can head down stairs to the other club on the basement floor it closes at 5 am. It also had some local beautiful girls.
