Was in Warszaw from 9- 11 March, day started with checking into hotel and get some food.

Later one the night I went to Kokomo nightclub, it was a very small place with 10-12 girls stripping that day. For a private dance where you can touch the girl everywhere cost 100zl. Was little bit fun.

Some people have written asking if certain hotels are "girl-friendly." My experience is that if you order rooms via internet hotel agencies, normally a double room costs the same as a single room. So you can always order a double room and then if you want to take back a woman sometimes, it is no problem, because you have already "paid" for a double room. Nobody asks questions if you have a double room. Also, if it is a big hotel, like the Marriot, then the people working there cannot know if you are taking the woman to your room or to the bar on the top-floor etc.

1) Rule 3.2 :
"Persons who have not checked into the hotel may remain in the hotel rooms between 7 AM and 10 PM only".
I think that there is not only a problem of a room paid for one or 2 persons but also (theorically) a legal problem (it's why we were asked for passport numbr ... etc...). Theorically , the hotels should be able to answer to police's questions. But , in our western (and democratic) countries, in general , security guards may be "comprehensive" regarding to different rules.

2)Recently, it's necessary to have a hotel card to use the lift : so, it's not possible anymore to tell to the escort lady , for example : appointment at 3PM , room 1111 .

You'll have no problem changing Sterling and you're quite right not to change it into Euro before travelling as you'll simply incur extra FX costs.

You will find money change booths on virtually every corner. They are called Kantors and without exception (in my many years in Poland) they are commission free and honest. The rate may vary a grosz or two between them but nothing dramatic except at the airport (of course!). So don't change any money in the airport unless you need some for a taxi into town. And that won't cost much more than a fiver so if stuck, just change a tenner and then use the Kantors in town.

P.S. If you are flying into Warsaw by scheduled airline rather than budget, ignore the cabbies in the arrivals hall and just walk out to the taxi rank outside the door. The taxis there all use a meter and are not a rip off. If you are arriving by EasyJet or one of the other budget airlines, you'll arrive at a different terminal some 200-300 metres from the main one. The taxis waiting outside it are seemingly not regulated (or at least they weren't when I was last there a year or so ago) so just walk the short distance to the main terminal and get a regular cab.
