They both moved to Tverski Street, near Masger - Itzhak Sade, at Nr. 4 and Nr. 15. And no, I can not recommend you any of the ladies there, as none of the establishments in this price range offers a decent service, with these two being in particular amongst the worst.

They just looked at my ID, saw I was a citizen and that was it. This was about 10 years ago and they were looking for illegals.
I don't believe its illegal to "pay for sex' in israel. But if somebody knows the exact law I too would be interested in knowing.

First of all i'd like to recomend Miri from allenby 26, she does basicly everything and does not rush (generaly this is the norm at massage parlours) she charges 100 nis extra for the full job and has a beautiful body and is very pleasant company.
