Newbie here. I am in Hong kong from 7th oct for a couple of days, and staying at some dodgy place called the San Diego Hotel. I have been told its a massive brothel? does that mean I can get everything I need there? Or is the quality outside better?

I received a PM asking where are the most YS in Hong Kong with the youngest girls at the lowest prices. This person was on a budget and did not want to pay
the high prices on HK island bars or TST area 141s. Below is my answer, others may want to add info.

A lot has changed over the years with the YS scene in Mong Kok. Police raids have reduced the number of YS with young girls that provide good lays. Nevertheless, I use YS often with about 70% of the time having a good experience. For the low price, 70% satisfaction rate is fine for me.

By far, "ground zero" for YS in Mong Kok is between Soy St. and Dundas St (which run East and West) and Shanghai st and Portland st which run North and South. If you start walking at Dundas street on either Shanghai or Portland, you will see lots of YS. The price range from 260 to 360 for about 40 minutes. In fact, you can cross Soy St. and still see more YS up to Mong Kok Road. But, the most # are found in one small area in the between Soy and Dundas.

Note that if you don't see what you like at a YS, head over to 37 Dundas (open from about 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.--the number of girls varies depending on the time) and pay 490 for a very good lay.

The best time to go YS varies, but generally after 2:00 p.m., there should be some decent selection. Years ago, YS was the place for young girls, now I noticed older women are also working the YS.

Also note that YS are a "hit and miss" situation. Sometimes, you have a wonderful lay, other times, the girl is looking to get paid and she wants you to be quick so she is off to the next customer. But again, for the low price, it is still worth it.

Great information Undercoverh. I have been a regular visitor to HK over the years and have always done my mongering over in Wanchai. You can't fail over there! (and I am 65+). I have also used the 141 girls but have always have had them sent to my hotel. This way I beleive they send you what you ordered rather than take a chance in case you send them back empty handed. Again I have never been disappointed. I have also been to Mon Kok in the past but never had the nerve to go up any of the stairs on my own.

Next time (in November) however, I am staying in the Kowloon side and will try out your recommendations. I'm sure I will not be sorry.

One option that does not get so much coverage on this forum is the girl bars on Lockhart Rd, Wanchai. The usual perception is that these over-priced and aimed at the less-experienced monger with a fair amount of money to burn. Ratewise you will be better off to change RMB in Hong Kong.

Go to Chungkling Mansion. There is a change shop on the first floor. When I changed a larger amount they would give me a better deal than what they published without even asking for it. When I came back next time and asked for the same rate (The published rate was still the same), they told me that I would get even 10 cents more today per 100 RMB. I attach a namecard.
I suggest that you call them, tell them how much you want to change and ask for the rate.
