When I visited Thailand some years back, I did some research on tailors and ended up using two. I actually took the bus from Pattaya to BKK to get fitted.
I used Rajawonse and Boss Avenue tailors and I was very happy with the end result. Rajawonse services US embassy clients and has a fixed prices at 12K Bhat for a suit but they are highly recommended. Boss Avenue tailor are two younger guys across the street from the JW Marriott. I had to insist on top quality fabric and they too produced a very high quality suit and jacket.
